I broke up with my boyfriend due to stress for my exams, however, we both still loved each other and so desided to get back together last friday. But, on saturday night he cheated on me. This made me relise just how much i loved my ex. Last night it was my friends 19th birthday party, and her was there. He text me asking to go outside. I thought he was going to appologise so i went. But, as i was out in the freezing cold he waked outside, spoke to his mate, then went back inside. Then, later on I MADE the effort to talk to him. He just lay down on the pavement and looked at me and treated me like dirt. I was not going to put up with that so i slapped him. He then started saying to my friends kara hates me im a dick. He text me saying he loves me. After the party, he came round to my house and my parents went mental. He tried to hug me and he kissed me and said hes so sorry and that he loves me. I just dont know what to do now, everything is so messed up! Hes treated me so horribly but after a year and 3 month relationship Ive never known him to be such a person. I really dont know what to do. I have exams soon and i havent revised, ive sat and cried for hours everynight after school, and i cant concentrate at school anymore. He says that he cant believe i kissed another guy even though we werent going out. What should i do? Please please help me! more

Open Question: Help with voices in my head telling me to poo myself?

it started when i was really young and voices would tell me to poo myself or i would be killed, i would have to poo myself and then would always be laughed at for doing that at such an aage (it continued till my 17th birthday), the voices tell me to poo in really awkward places too, i was swimming with a girl i really liked, it was her 21st birthday and she was having a pool party, these demonic voices screamed at me i HAVE to poo in my speedos or will be burned and punished, of course i did so because of the terrifying nature of the whole thing, its happened to me about 5 or 6 times in the last month and i have to carry tissues with me everywhere just in case.. has anybody else had this problem? please help more

Open Question: drunk mother wants custody, hasn't bothered to see our four year old daughter in two years?

My ex-wife and i have a four year old daughter together. When she left our daughter was one and a half. She took our daughter with her at first, but brought her back after two weeks because 'she couldn't handle it.' Over a period of about six months I tried letting my daughter have a relationship with her mother. At first we lived six hours apart so i would drop her off with her mother and plan to pick her up again in a month. Each time she would bring her back after about a week or two because, once again 'she couldn't handle it.' After a few months she moved closer, so she was only an hour and a half away. I would bring our daughter to see her about every other weekend but would later find out that the whole time my wife had her, our daughter was with a babysitter the whole time, and my wife had been out drinking.(This was the case when she lived farther away too) Whenever I would call to check on her, my wife would sound wasted. I would hear from mutual friends and see on myspace that the whole time she was supposed to be spending time with our daughter, she was out at the bars and sleeping around instead. She didn't deny it. Sometimes she would just not show up when it was her time to come get our daughter. Finally I told her that if she wanted to see our daughter, she would have to prove to me that she could handle it and would be responsible. I told her if she called every day for one month to check on our daughter i would let her see her again. She stopped calling after a few days. Over the past two years she has called sporadically to tell me that her dog died, or to wish my family a merry Christmas, usually not even mentioning our daughter. She did call once after about a year to ask if her father could come visit our daughter, but i said no since she didn't even know who he was, and because he had never bothered to see her before. Our daughter now has no idea who her mother is, because she hasn't seen her since before her second birthday. When we were divorced my ex-wife didn't show up to the custody hearing, and later signed a paper saying that i would have full custody, and she would be able to visit occasionally when we both agreed on it. She was supposed to be paying child support but hasn't paid a penny. My ex-wife is now pregnant with another child (mutual friends have told me she didn't want to get pregnant in the first place, and that she is working at a bar, still going out to the bars drinking non-alcoholic beer so it looks like she is still partying, and didn't tell anyone she was pregnant until really late into her pregnancy)and is suing me for FULL custody of our daughter. She is claiming that i violated our parenting plan by never letting her see our daughter and by not telling her when we moved into a new house. The only time she asked to see her was after she found out she was pregnant and i said no because she hadn't called to talk to our daughter or asked to see her in two years, and our daughter doesn't even know who she is. Everything in the papers she sent is complete LIES, saying that i never let her see our daughter and that she has been trying to. I have about seven character witnesses lined up to testify against her. They are all mutual friends, or her friends who she has screwed over. My brother, who must have been a reference or something, has gotten numerous phone calls from debt collectors and even the police a couple times looking for her. We have met with our lawyers, and our lawyers have recently met with the judge to determine if she will throw the case out, or if she wants to take it to court. I have been waiting a week and haven't heard anything. What are her chances of her actually winning full custody, or any custody at all? Our daughter doesn't even know who she is. more

Open Question: How do I calm down? I get panic attacks every time I see my sister?

My half sister used to bully me as a kid whenever we used to see each other during the summer ( we didn't technically live together) but now whenever I see her, I just want to punch her in the face. I have a lot of un-resolved anger towards her for what she put me through. I do my best to avoid her but my dad wants us to be together for this birthday. It was days ago, but he wanted to celebrate it on a boat tomorrow (sunday) and he wants us all to be there. I don't want to ruin his party and I'm not going to get in a fight but I can't calm down. The last time I saw her I had a panic attack. I wish I was as tough as I sound but the last time I saw her, I ended up locking myself in the restroom and crying and I was 19 last year I saw her. Too old to be feeling and acting this way, too long to be holding a grudge, but until I find it somewhere in my heart to forgive her, I can't help being so angry and resentful . I just need to know how to calm down and fake a happy attitude. That's all I can do right now. Please help? more

Open Question: Did you consume any alcohol while undergoing treatment, and if so, what was your reaction?

Did you ever drink while undergoing treatment (chemo and / or radiation), and if so, were the effects of the alcohol more noticeable? I very rarely ever drink, but I had one Long Island iced tea at a friend's birthday party and almost immediately felt the effects. My boyfriend had to take me home because I felt so miserable so quickly. It's been a couple of hours now and I feel much better, but am still slightly buzzed. It's weird that it hit me so strongly. Idk if it's because I'm so underweight and am not a regular drinker and I would have felt this regardless, or if it's because of chemo. I am on ABVD - and nobody ever said anything about alcohol to me - and I don't think there's a warning on any of my other med bottles. Did anyone else notice a stronger reaction to alcohol? more

Hey everyone! I am throwing a party for my little sister, who is turning 13, and I have no idea what to do. She wants to have a sleep over and go to a nice dinner, which is fine but she isn't sure what to do at the sleep over neither am I. It's going to have boys and girls so nothing to girlie... She is VERY mature for her age so nothing childish. Most people on the internet think she is 18-19 before they see what she looks like. I was thinking they could just hang out and play video games, watch movies, etc. But she said that would be boring for the girls at party(She is a tom-boy and loves boy-ish stuff but lots of the girls coming over don't like that). Open Question: Am I doing something wrong in this situation?

I met this guy at school around 2-3 months ago and we really hit it off. On the second time we talked, he asked me for my msn and we talked for hours. Then, he invited me to this concert which I ended up forgetting about but I apologized a lot and he said he'd take me next year. Then, he started a conversation with me on msn a few days after that and kept complimenting me and being really nice. He asked me if I wanted to go to karaoke with him some time in the near future and I said sure. About 3 days after, I started a conversation with him because I had an idea. My birthday is coming up so I wanted to invite him to the party because it was gonna be at the karaoke place that he wanted to go with me originally. He was really nice about it and felt very flattered that I invited him without knowing him that well. He asked me what I do after school and where I live and told me a lot about himself. He also said that he wants to start hanging out with me more and asked me for my cell phone number. Now, it's the next day and I went on msn and I saw that he was on, but he never said anything to me and just went offline. He also didn't text today. Did I do anything wrong in this situation or is it ok? I really don't wanna come off as needy or clingy, but I really like him and he's always on my mind. Did he not talk to me today because he didn't wanna seem to desperate either? And what would be a reasonable amount to not talk to him for before I should really get worried? Thank you! more

I don't like who I am. Every time I look in the mirror, I see this ugly beast looking back at me and I can never consider myself pretty. I'm a really shy quiet girl. It's kinda weird, but I talk a lot when I'm on msn, but in person I'm a really quiet girl. I have never had a boyfriend in my life. I guess what guys are looking for is someone who talks a lot, who is funny, and has some looks. I have none of that. At the school that I go to, it's... if you have looks, your popular and have friends, and if you are not good looking your with the people that have like 6 friends. Many girls tend to wear long dresses because they are more elegant. Well ive tried both long and short dresses and they all looked great but I am rather cute, funny, or sexy than elegant and girly. So I wanted to wear a short dress but now im worried. I've tried two short dresses that suit my budget and one of them is a strapless grey dress. It comes above the halfway point on my thighs. Although It is short, it is just really cute so it isnt sexy or flirty but it doesn't look like a prom dress but rather for a birthday party. Another one I found is really sexy. It is all black but hot-pink silk covers the boobs. It hugs my body and it comes a bit above my knees. My daughter's 16th birthday isn't until 2011, but I have no idea where to start, so I am just gathering information and ideas. It is not going to be a formal "Sweet 16" with all the girls and guys and fancy dresses, just like a big birthday party. She said she would have about 30 friends, so altogether, including the family, we estimate will be between 60-75 people. We know someone who will contribute the cake for the party, so that is not a problem. I would prefer to have someone cater, and would definitely need to do it in some kind of hall or something. I was thinking: Community Center? do our own invitations and decorations have the food catered maybe hire a freelance photographer (One of the parents I know does this) We also know a close friend of family that can DJ I had also thought of sectioning out an area of a restaurant, but then we can't play loud music, which is a big deal. Catering Halls are Super Expensive, and doing it at home is completely out of the question. Also do I have to give "souveneris" or whatever they are called ...Keepsakes? Open Question: How Healthy Am I? HONEST Answers Please!?

I'm a 17 years old girl and I want to know how well I'm eating. Although it would be nice to lose a some pounds, my ultimate goal is to maintain weight. I have gym everyday in school. I do mostly weight training (dead-lifts, barbell front squats, lunges, lots of dumbbell workout, etc.) and run 2 miles once a week (sometimes 3 miles, depending on my teacher's mood). I also attend dance class after school. Personally, I'm not worried about my workouts. What I'm concerned about is the things I eat. Here's a sample (list of stuff I ate today so far): Breakfast: A bowl of plain steel-cut Irish oatmeal, a boiled egg and an apple. Snack: I usually don't eat anything between breakfast and lunch. But today I was kind of hungry so I ate like a handful of almonds and goji berries (they're good for your eyes). Lunch: 100% whole wheat spaghettini with a ton of broccoli, few thin slices of baked chicken breast and homemade tomato sauce (made of fresh tomatoes, onions, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley, basil, basil,celery, a bit of sea salt and black pepper). Although the sauce is homemade, I try not to eat too much of it. Snack: A small orange and half of a mango. Dinner: Half a bowl of brown rice. I don't like it much but mom makes me eat it. Throughout the day: Water I don't measure how much I eat. I eat until I feel sort of full but never to the point where I can't take another bite. Rarely do I ask for seconds. My cousine has 2 boys, she and her husband are middle class, however they are OBSESSED with name brands (I think it's only the wife actually, and she makes her husband play along). It's like something I have never seen before. She literally opens gifts for her baby showers and kid's birthdays and looks at the tags and comments out loud on where they bought it. She makes sarcastic remarks if it isn't high end fashion. Now, I don't mean she's against Wal Mart or Zellers only... I mean she will buy NOTHING BUT Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, Diesel, and Burberry for her 2 and 6 year old sons. She has actually stopped inviting people to her kid's parties if she noticed they don't buy her kid's expensive name brands. I mostly buy my daughter things from Gymboree, Gap, Old Navy, Children's Place and Mexx... I didn't think those were cr*p, until she saw me today and commented on it. My girl is a baby, and wears her clothes for a month or two before she's gone up a whole size. If I see something cute in Wal Mart I'll buy it, not avoid it because it's not Burberry or Ralph Lauren. I have a store very close by that sells Ralph Lauren stuff for babies so I'll buy it if it's irresistibly adorable and not expensive... I buy for quality, looks and price (cheap possibly)... not NAME. I thought all parents shopped like that... quality and price, not name brands?? I mean, it's cool if you have money pouring out of your behind and you've got nothing better to spend it on then hundred dollar onesies for your newborn... but if your middle class or living pay check to pay check and refuse to shop at Wal Mart that's a little sick, don't you think? I bought an old Polaroid Impulse AF at a yard sale cause I love photography and at 50 cents thought it was a great find! My 21st birthday is coming up, and I would like to use it to take some cool, "vintage"-looking photos at my party, so off to ebay I went to find the 600 Plus film that my camera says it takes. However, I've noticed that the 600 plus film is all mostly already expired, and also fairly expensive. I've seen some very vague internet articles saying that there is a way to use the 600 film in this model of camera...involving taking little tabs off of the film casing, but also modifying a part of the camera itself or else the photos come out extremely overexposed. Worldwide Tableeghi Ijtima was started few decades ago by the founder of the Tableeghi Jama’t in India, Maulana Ilyas Gujrati. But Eid Milad un Nabi has 13 hundred years of history. Just like Eid Milad un Nabi (peace be upon him), the Tableeghi Ijtima’ has a fixed annual date. People participate, pray and learn Islam in both gatherings. Why Tableeghi Ijtima is not a Bid’a but Eid Milad un Nabi is Bid’a? § Bid’a Number 2: In Pakistan (1970s) former Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto invited the Imam of Ka'ba to visit Pakistan. When Imam Ka'ba, a fierce opponent of Eid-Milad-un-Nabi, came Pakistan Muslims abandoned mosques and prayed Friday prayers in large stadiums behind him. Was there any precedence in Islam for such gatherings? Prophet (peace upon him) and his companions (Peace be upon them) never did such a thing. Never happened before in the history of Muslims that Muslims emptied mosques and prayed behind an Imam because he came from Saudi Arabia? That was definitely a new thing. It was a big Bid'a? Why no Fatwa was issued against the Imam of Ka’ba and all those who prayed behind him. § Bid’a Number 3: The scholars, Ulema and students of Dar-ul-Aloom Deoband (one of the oldest Islamic universities in India) celebrated the 100th anniversaries of the Dar Al Aloom Deoband. The 100th birthday of Dar-ul Aloom Deoband was celebrated under the leadership of a Hindu Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi. Did Prophet or his companions ever celebrate the anniversary of Masjid Al Quba, Masjid Al Nabawi, etc.? Talk about inviting a "Mushrikah" (pagan) to preside over the gathering of Ulema-e-Islam. Wasn't that a Bid'a? It is obvious that the haters of Eid Milad un Nabi have more love and respect for their Dar Al Aloom and pagans than the birthday of Prophet of Islam (Peace be upon him). § Bid’a Number 4: Few years ago in UK, the Ahl-e-Hadith party held TOWHEED-O-SUNNAT conference and invited Imam Ka'ba and many other scholars. They do this every year. Did Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) or his noble companions (Peace be upon them) ever organized a program called TOWHEED-O-SUNNAT Conference and traveled to speak at a conference? Why Towheed-o-Sunnat conference can not be declared Bid’a? The Salafis (self appointed Ahle Hadith) commit more Bid’a and deny more Hadith than any other sect within Islam. § Bid’a Number 5: Whenever Muslims get upset on an issue or conflict, they take out processions and rallies to protest. Muslim leaders and scholars of Islam address those rallies. Among the organizers and the leaders of those rallies are those who consider Eid-Milad-un-Nabi Bid'a. I ask them a very simple question. Did Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), his companions OR the noble scholars of Islam ever took out rallies and banners protesting against an aggression or a conflict or an issue? Were there any rallies organized by Muslims when Al Quds was captured by Crusaders? Where is the basis of these rallies in Qur’an, Hadith and in the history of Islam? Aren’t these rallies Bid'a? The haters of Eid Milad un Nabi invite Muslims to attend their rallies. They say,” taking part in these rallies is Jihad and participants will be rewarded by Allah”. But if a rally to create awareness about our beloved Prophet (peace be upon him) is organized, it becomes Bid’a. What a shame! § Bid’a Number 6: During 1970 elections in Pakistan Jamat Islami took out major processions in the name of Youm-e-Shawkat-e-Islam. This name itself undermines the religion of Islam. Everyday is Youm-e-Shawkat-e-Islam not when Jamat Islami contests elections. When did the Prophet and his companions organize Youm-e-Shawkat-e-Islam? Wasn't that Bid'a? Did anybody issue Fatwa against those large processions? They were all done in the name of Islam. People were expected to get rewards from Allah for their contribution and participation. But participation in the procession of Eid Milad un Nabi (Peace be upon him) is called Bid’a? No wonder the followers of Abdullah Ibn Obai do exist in our times too. § Bid’a Number 7: Saudi Arabia does celebrate Youm-ul-Watani (National Da§ Bid’a Number 7: Saudi Arabia does celebrate Youm-ul-Watani (National Day of Saudi Arabia). Television stations telecast special programs and newspapers print special editions and private companies give their employees a day off. I have never seen any Saudi scholar’s fatwa against the celebration of Saudi National Day. But they are very quick in giving Fatwa against Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi. Did Prophet (Peace be upon him) OR his companions (May Allah be pleased with them) ever celebrated the establishment of the Islamic state of Madinah? Saudi scholars, who oppose the celebration of Prophet's birthday, gave Fatwa for justifying US troops in Saudi Arabia but they can not issue a Fatwa against the Bid’a that is committed by their own government and by them. That is a real distortion of Islam.§ Bid’a Number 8: In North America, ISNA, ICNA, CAIR and many other Muslim organizations organize their annual conventions. In most cases people have to purchase tickets to listen to the speeches of various scholars. Isn't this entire setup a Bid'a? When did Prophet (Peace be upon him) OR his companions (Peace be upon them) OR scholars of Islam after them organize such conventions? Why people have to pay in order to listen to the speeches of the scholars of Islam? Where is the basis for this? Did Prophet (Peace be upon him) charge fee for his speeches? Any companion of the Prophet ever asked people to pay for a good cause first before he would deliver his speech? Off course not. Those noble people never did such things but it’s OK for the opponents of Eid Milad un Nabi. Indeed, it’s a major Bid’a but they won’t call it Bid’a; otherwise, they have to close their shops.§ Bid’a Number 9: The very concept of forming organizations such as Jama't Ahl-e-Hadith, Party of Salafis, Jama't Islami, WAMY, Rabita Aalm-e-Islami, ISNA, ICNA, CAIR is a Bid'a. Neither Prophet nor his companions (Peace be upon them) ever formed organizations and named them. The only name for worldwide Muslim body is "Muslims". Only Allah divides people into tribes and nations for identification. These opponents of Eid Milad un Nabi (Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam) have divided the Ummah. What a worse Bid’a they have committed?§ Bid’a Number 10: A Pakistani woman who has now moved to Canada but still operates in Pakistan considers herself a scholar of Islam. She gives fatawa not only against Eid-Milad-un-Nabi but against many other Islamic traditions such as Qur’an reading in congregation (Qur’an Khawani), etc.. She organizes prayer get-togethers for woman only. She organizes Salat-at-Tasbeeh get-together for women only. She organizes Taraweeh prayers for women only. She has invented many things in Islam for the sake of women but for her Eid-Milad-un-Nabi is Bid'a? Where she finds basis for her style of preaching Islam? She organizes gatherings of women against the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him), which is a worse form of Bid'a. She has destroyed many families in the name of Islam. She has converted many Muslim women into fanatics. Her entire organization is a Bid’a.§ Bid’a Number 11: Today, in North America Muslim associations organize fundraising dinners for mosques, Islamic schools or for humanitarian purposes. They sell tickets and invite speakers. When Prophet or his companions (Peace be upon them) raised funds through fundraising dinners? When Prophet or his companions (Peace be upon them) sold $5, $25, $100, etc. food plates for a good cause. Isn't this all Bid'a? They organize these fundraising dinners which benefits them but the celebration of Eid Milad un Nabi (peace be upon him) hurts them. Wow! An Urdu poet wrote; HAM AAH BHEE KARTAY HAIN TO HOJATAY HAIN BADNAAM WHO QATL BHEE KARDAYN TO CHARCHA NAHEE HOTA Translation: If I just say “ouch” when pained I get defamed And they commit murders but no one objects to them If celebrating the birthday of Prophet (peace upon him) is an innovation (Bid’a) because neither Prophet (peace upon him), nor his companions ever celebrated Prophet’s birthday, then why the following§ Bid’a Number 12: When Qur’an was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) , it did not have thirty volumes. Neither Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) nor his noble companions divided Qur’an into thirty volumes (siparah). Qur’an was divided into thirty volumes by the rulers and the scholars hundreds of years later for the convenience of HUFFAAZ (memorizers of the holy Qur’an). It helped HUFFAAZ in managing the recitation of the holy Qur’an in Taraweeh prayers in Ramadan. § Bid’a Number 13: Neither Prophet (peace be upon him) nor his noble companions ever put Rukoo and their numbers in the holy Qur’an. These Rukoo were added in Qur’an by the rulers and the scholars hundreds of years later to help Imams and HUFFAAZ in memorizing the verses of the Qur’an and provide better organization and management for reading Qur’an in regular daily prayers and Taraweeh prayers of Ramadan.§ Bid’a Number 14: During the time of Prophet (peace be upon him) there were no A’RAAB (Fatha/Kasrah/Dhamma / Zabar Zer Pesh) in the holy Qur’an. These were added in Qur’an by the command of a very ruthless and cruel Muslim ruler, Hajjaj Bin Yousuf. The A’RAAB were inserted in the Qur’an in order to help non-Arabs to read Qur’an correctly. Today, Arabs and non-Arabs both depend on these A’RAAB in order to read Qur’an correctly. These A’RAAB were an innovation. But if this innovation is removed from the Qur’an, the opponents of Eid Milad un Nabi (peace be upon him) would not be able to read Qur’an correctly. They need this innovation but not Eid Milad un Nabi (peace be upon him).§ Bid’a Number 15: In Islam, for a Muslim, moving to a non-Muslim country from a Muslim country is allowed in three situations only. 1) When a Muslim is persecuted in his/her own Muslim country and facing dangers to his/her life. 2) When a Muslim wants to preach Islam in a non-Muslim country. In other words, you have to be a Muslim Missionary in order to settle in a non-Muslim country. 3) When a Muslim wants to get education which is not available in a Muslim country. Islam does not allow Muslims to leave Muslim countries and settle in non-Muslim countries except under the above mentioned three conditions. Neither Prophet (peace be upon him), nor any companion of Prophet (peace be upon him) migrated to non-Muslim countries for “better economic opportunities”. They migrated to non-Muslim countries under the above mentioned three situations ONLY. However, one of the most widespread and desirable Bid’a committed by the opponents of Eid Milad un Nabi (peace be upon him)......is to find better life in the non-Muslim countries. In fact, the immigration to non-Muslim countries by the Muslims is so desirable and desperate Bid’a that Muslims pray to Allah to help them in committing this Bid’a. Im 19 my sisters 24 with 2 kids, since i had depression from the age of 12 she's always acted very 'different' towards me, at first she'd call me names, say im dumb, ugly ect. She did some cruel things to me infront of people to embarrass me, one included pulling down my trousers infront of my boyfriend & hers.. At the begining i was very sucicidle & after her calling me names it did not help at all! After hearing her call me thick & ugly all the time i believed it now i have no confidence at all & i absolutely hate my body, i forever think im fat. Anyway the other day we went for a meal for my mum's birthday, while sat there we had an argument over a bloody cake, even though my nephew had told my mum she had a cake my sister was still making it be a 'surprise' for some reason.. while she was sat by my mum she was moving her lips as if to say go tell them were ready for the cake & she sat there doing actions of blowing candles out.. so i went to tell the pub people we were ready for the cake.. as i went back to the table she got up & took her little boy to the toilet with my mum & boyfriend in toe, as her boyfriend come out of the toilets he was walking towards the bar, i asked him what he was doing he said asking about the cake.. i said no iv told them it's coming in a minute and he said ok, anyway my sister come back & had a f*cking spasm on me because i told them to get the cake, she said 'No i was telling u to tell me wen the cakes coming' which i couldnt have anyway because there was a big brick wall in the way. It seems like she does things like this so she can argue with us. My ex-wife and i have a four year old daughter together. When she left our daughter was one and a half. She took our daughter with her at first, but brought her back after two weeks because 'she couldn't handle it.' Over a period of about six months I tried letting my daughter have a relationship with her mother. At first we lived six hours apart so i would drop her off with her mother and plan to pick her up again in a month. Each time she would bring her back after about a week or two because once again 'she couldn't handle it.' After a few months she moved closer so she was only an hour and a half away. I would bring our daughter to see her about every other weekend but would later find out that the whole time my wife had her, our daughter was with a babysitter the whole time and my wife had been out drinking. This was the case when she lived farther away too. Whenever I would call to check on her, my wife would sound wasted. I would hear from mutual friends and see on myspace that the whole time she was supposed to be spending time with our daughter, she was out at the bars and sleeping around instead. She didn't deny it. Sometimes she would just not show up when it was her time to come get our daughter. Finally I told her that if she wanted to see our daughter she would have to prove to me that she could handle it and would be responsible, I told her if she called every day for one month to check on our daughter i would let her see her again, She stopped calling after a few days. Over the past two years she has called sporadically to tell me that her dog died, or to wish my family a merry christmas, usually not even mentioning our daughter. Our daughter now has no idea who her mother is because she hasn't seen her since before her second birthday. When we were divorced my ex-wife didn't show up to the custody hearing, and later signed a paper saying that i would have full custody and she would be able to visit occasionally when we both agreed on it. She was supposed to be paying child support but hasn't paid a penny. My ex-wife is now pregnant with another child (mutual friends have told me she didn't want to get pregnant in the first place, and that she is working at a bar, still going out to the bars drinking non-alcoholic beer so it looks like she is still partying, and didn't tell anyone she was pregnant until really late into her pregnancy) and is suing me for FULL custody of our daughter. She is claiming that i violated our parenting plan by never letting her see our daughter and by not telling her when we moved into a new house. Everything in the papers she sent is complete LIES, saying that i never let her see our daughter and that she has been trying to. What are her chances of actually winning full custody or any custody at all? okay sooo! i am such a rush right now! i was bored at home and i found out that theirs only 22 days till my 16th BIRTHDAY! ahh! i haven't planned a single thing or anything! ((i am a party type of girl)) and i am going to have like 40 people come at the most!!!!!!! ahh! give me ideas of what to do for my 16th! i mean, my parents are on a budget and can't spend a lot of money because this economy has really been hurting us!
