There is this guy. I have a feeling he likes me as well. Im gonna tell u wht has happend.... Btw, we go 2 the same church #1. Once He was sitting in a seat across from the bathroom in the kitchen/entertainment area. I was going in the bathroom and before i entered, he looked @ me and i looked @ him. We kinda like starring. #2. In the parking lot my mom and i were getting out of the car and him and his little sister were going in and he looked over his shoulder at me #3. i was waiting in the library-hall for my mom to come and him and one of his best friends(who is a boy, btw, if ur wondering) was walking into the other room, then i followed him cause i didnt c my mom. And he looked @ me #4I help out during CCD and the class was watching a movie. His sister was one of the people who was there. He was standing there looking at me and i turned around and it seemed like he was hiding but then i saw him #5 He and his friends were getting people to sign a card for someones birthday. His friend was looking @ me and he was looking at me. ( There is this wall thing that slides and he went over the side i was sitting and he glanced over me #6 I was in the kitchen and he and his friend were talking near infront of me. I though i heard the wrd "hot" #7 I was sitting listening to music with a friend at a table. He and his 2 friends were right infront of me looking and talking. Open Question: i dont know what to do about my mother...?

my husband was in the hospital and almost died. He was in the hospital for 7 days and just got out on the 1st of March. He was our main income. and hasnt had a paycheck in weeks. We are really having a hard time. We are bearly making it by. I had an empty box here with a card in it for my sisters birthday. i was going to fill the box with stuff i was going to buy for her. well all of a sudden my husband got sick... the birthday box was the last thing on my mind. My sisters birthday was on the 14th yesterday. i am 25 she is 22 My mother called me on saturday and asked what i had gotten my sister for her birthday. i was like umm i havent gotten her anything yet its been a bad last couple of weeks and she was yelling at me over the phone how im such a bad sister and how i didnt get her anything for her birthday and how i would like it if i didnt get anything for my birthday how i would feel. i was like wow seriously. i just hung up. she does this all the time about everything. im sick of it. i think i m done with her.. whats your opinion??she did this at christmas also. they live in hawaii and we live in texas and the plane tickets were going to be $1900 for us to go and we couldnt afford it and she was PISSED. she wouldnt talk to us for weeks. she said we should of started saving several months in advance to be able to go there for christmas. my husband cant believe she has the nerve to act like this. Open Question: i hate my baby mama, can I get her deported back to Nigeria where she came from?

she is from nigeria, and is purposely trying to make my life hell. puting me on child support because we aren't working out! Saying I can't see my baby anymore! deleted all my contacts out my phone. calls the police on me everytime we argue! My question is, i was reading her social security card, and her actual birthday is different from the government birthday, meaning she lied on a government form! She moved here at age 10 yrs old. her real bday is 6/12/85 but id and ss card 3/7/88, three years younger. Is she here legally or illegally. And if she is here illegally. when we go to court for child support, can I get her deported back to nigeria, her custodian did that to her bday, and he does taxes for a living. will she get into trouble, or would her custodian get into trouble? Open Question: what are the problems with denying photos of grandkids to grandparents?

ok, my mum in law is about as fake as they come and pretends to like me...long story. my father in law (who has been married to another woman for 10 yrs now) is actually very nice and we get on very well. thing is: im not too sure now if i want to have anything to do with anyone in my husbands family. im expecting our 2nd child and upon telling father in law, the first thing he said was congratulations then he sent an email to my hubby asking "is it time to get the snip"? This hurts me because the parents in law were suggesting vasectomy and the like shortly after my son was born. i was annoyed but forgot about it until the said email. My husband and I are very happy, make a combined salary of over $250k per annum and would like 2 more kids...but seems for some reason i believe im just not good enough for the in-laws. Mum in law sends a few tacky gifts for my son, unsigned pink birthday cards, no cards no nothing for me, yet spends up big and freights gifts to other daughter-in laws and grand-daughters. I have done nothing to deserve any of unfair treatment and hubby believes this to be the case and is hurt as well. I believe the problem to be the fact that my hubby has 2 kids from a previous relationship and I think his parents believe he shouldnt have any more or something?? i may be wrong but it is hard to confront them without coming across as silly or paranoid..apart from the fact they live in another country. Recently i discovered one of hubbys family have sent pictures of my son to my husbands ex-wife, with whom hubby and i have no wish to have anything to do with. we cant imagine why they would do that but we are seriously considering banning them from ever taking photographs of the new baby or any of our children. also no photos will ever be sent to them and certainly wont be spending any money sending xmas cards or visiting ever again. mentally, i dont think i will have anything to do with the in-laws now and am happier already. Mind you, I have always been super nice to them from the start and shrugged off lots of "mean" stuff from them. We are yet to tell them and just wondering if there are any major problems that would come up because of this?? more

Open Question: Not Sure What To Do Or Where This Is Headed?

Ever been able to give good advice, yet when it comes to you're own life you're lost? This would be where I am at now. I'm looking for some sound advice. Because sometimes, love just isn't enough. I met this man from the States, I'm in Canada. We dated online and over the phone for 18 months, then he came here to Canada to be with me for 11 months. We got engaged while he was here, he brought me a beautiful ring from the States. I gave him one too. He had to go back to the States to get some things sorted out that he couldn't sort out here but no date was set for this. He would talk fondly of the State he was from, while bashing Canada...although he liked it here and now misses it. One morning he got up and left to meet a friend, but not long after they were supposed to meet the guy showed up at my door and said he couldn't find my Fiance. I said well he went out there to meet you. I said try looking for him. Well he did and couldn't find him. I said check the bar. He said not at this time in the morning. Well he had a bit of a drinking problem that's why that came to mind. Well all day long I was watching out for him, jumping up at any noise I heard, running to my back door to look for him and worried he might be hurt somewhere even though he's a big guy in good shape. My gut feeling told me he had gone back to the States, so I called his brother around 1am and he said he had no clue where he was. At 3:30am the following day I get a call. It's him..he tells me he went to a bar the morning before, got drunk, romantized his home State in his mind and took off for the border drunk. Once he crossed he sobered up and begged them to let him back into Canada but they turned him down due to the new laws of needing a passport now. So, he ended up back in his home State. I was, to say the least upset, angry, hurt and lost for words.I told him to you, I'm dead. And hung up on him a few times. Three days later he called me and left me 6 voicemails...saying...I was wrong baby, I did try to get back they wouldn't let me. I miss you like crazy, I was wrong to think so highly of this place, I love you baby, don't leave me baby, I didn't know what I had till it was gone, I didn't appreciate you when I had you etc etc We talked and he was a mess...feeling VERY bad about leaving and the way he left. This was however short lived. He moved back in with his Mum and family, took on much of the chores, spent time with his family "nothing wrong with that" except he wasn't around for me or us. I spent endless hours waiting for him on the comp, only to be told he had to share it so it would be hard for us to talk. He couldn't call me, no long distance plan and no money for calling cards. No prospect of getting a job either, although he was trying to get work. He walked out 17 days before my birthday and in the 3 years we had together he hadn't spent one birthday with me. He sent me an email card at 11pm at night. He asked me to stay home alone for Christmas so we could talk on the comp but all I got all day was one post, off to the store baby, we'll talk later and we didn't. New Years Eve we didn't talk all day and not till after midnight. He has no cell phone, so between everyone having to share the phone there and it not always being charged, phone conversations are limited and tough. What he expected to last 2 to 4 weeks has turned into 4 months and counting. With no income, no passport in the works. I'm hanging on by a thread here...I'm hurt, upset and angry. Because I'm in a postion that he put me in, it wasn't a choice made by us as a couple. To top it off with no job, no way of getting back here and the issues with family and the things he needed to sort out...he's stressed. So who does he take this out on? You guessed it lol me. I have sent him money to help him out at different times but because it's not enough to get him out of this mess...it's not been appreciated. I do love this man and part of me feels guilty for wanting to give up. But then I think to myself...It's been three years of my life, only 11 months together, he walked away and left me to worry, he puts me on the back burner for his family there... He doesn't understand my anger, he tries to justify his actions..but he's far worse off there than he was here, in all aspects and he knows it. He also took the engagement ring I bought him to a pawn shop only a matter of weeks after he got back to the States and did a deal where they keep the ring for him but gave him 20 bucks for gas and smokes..so it's not sold or he would of gotten far more for it. He never told me he did this. I asked to see his ring one day over the cam. He then was forced to tell me. That crushed me..and with all the money I've sent him, he never once took the ring back from the shop...maybe he really did sell it, got far more cash and hasn't told me?? who knows at this point...that would just be assumingNo new woman and no cheating was involved on either side.Thank you everyone! I really do appreciate you're advice!!I would also like to add that I'm a firm believer in working at you're relationships, not just walking away because it's the easier thing to do. But along with that comes, having the knowledge to know when it is best to leave. I'm finding myself on that border sadly. more

Open Question: How can an illegal alien proceed on having a "legit" SSN and DL with fake b-day and still renew it?

I know for a fact this man is illegal and born in Mexico, because he celebrates his birthday in Aug and his drivelicenseense says Nov. Somehow he has a "legit" SSN card and I am just confused on how? I am doing a favor for someone to find this out and what can I do about this so this man can stop abusing these benefits he doesn't deserve. He has tried to renew his DL that expires this year (which is in texas) and I know that was in the end of JAN and it is now the middle of march and he has still yet to recieve it. Which I figured it takes 30 days to receive. I also know that on past occasions on his past DL renewals he has put he is from Mexico and on this recent renewal he put a US citizen, could this at all affect why he has yet to recieve his new liscense and that this is being further investigated because so? I hope so. more

Open Question: My BF just told me i could've bought my own mothers day card!?

The shop 5 mins away sells cards for 69p. He went out 2 days ago to get himself some tape for £1 and i suggested getting cards then, he said he'll so it tomorrow (yesterday). He didn't. and when i went to get my mum and his mum cards, i was too late. The shop closes at 12 today, so i missed it, but he could've gone to get one cos he was up. Now i'm upset and he's just told me 'you could've got one if you were up'. Now he's angry at me cos i'm pissed off at him telling me to get my own. I asked him how he'd feel if i said that to him and he said he isn't bothered about fathers day. Am i just being OTT with this? He knows i feel really unappreciated anyway, and knowing that to him i'm not worth 69p! I just feel like i should forget about every celebration. I've never had a bloody birthday card from him.Yep mothers day today. Our daughter's 2 so she can't exactly get it. I never forget to get him a card, but after this i think i'm gonna stop. Well i really like this girl and we have become quite close friends since the start of this year. Her birthday is coming up in May and Ive decided i will buy her a present. We know that our youngest Daughter Kate had her card shown for her 4th Birthday today in the 7:30 a.m time slot as Grannie saw it! We had the hard drive ready to record it and allowed for time either side the time as billed on the website. However the slot must have been over running SO late that our recording of it cut off RIGHT BEFORE our card was shown! (Grrr...typical). Open Question: Should I wait for iPad 2.0?

The iPad looks pretty amazing. I don't own a laptop or an iPod Touch (Was going to get the iPod Touch 3G but I prefer a bigger screen and I like touch screen interfaces). I think I'll wait until the glitches have been fixed, improvements made and more features added like multi-tasking and maybe a camera. The iPad is the only gift I actually want for my birthday for once. I haven't had a birthday present in 2 years, because I have asked for no gifts but just a fun day with my family and friends. I did a little research, the iPod Touch 1G, 2G etc. & the iPhone 1G, 2G, 3G, 3GS etc. all seem to be released exactly one year after the other, around the same month usually. Meaning that it's likely that the iPad 2G will come out around Spring/Autum 2011 next year or so. So for my birthday this year, should I continue asking for nothing and just wait until next year? Or should I ask for an Apple Gift Card or money that I can use to purchase for the iPad 2G when it comes out? Thanks for answering. more

Open Question: What do you think, please answer?

Well I don't want to pre-order the iPad just yet, I want to wait until the glitches have improved for the 2nd generation and who knows, it's probably likely the 2G will have a camera and maybe a multi-tasking function. My birthday is in August this year. I was hoping to get the iPod Touch 3G but I guessed that seeing as the iPad was just released, I like the bigger screen better and the iBooks and iWorks store. And I don't own a laptop or netbook, but call me weird I prefer touch screen interfaces than physical ones now, I guess I'm just used to it. I did some research and all the devices like iPod Touch 1G, 2G etc. and the iPhone 1G, 3G, 3GS etc. seem to released one year after the other. So I'm guessing that the iPad 2G is likely to come out next year. This is the only thing I want for my birthday. So I'm wondering, how could I wait patiently for a year in the meantime and for my birthday in August, should I ask for money that I will be able to use to purchase the iPad 2.0 or an Apple Gift Card? I don't want anything else for my birthday but the iPad, but I don't want to get the iPad 1st generation so I'm going to have to wait until next year. (I'm not a spoiled or materialistic person, I didn't have anything for my birthday last year or the year before because all I wanted was to spend the day with my family and friends). Or do you think I should ask for nothing for my birthday this year like I have for many years and then maybe next year August when the iPad 2G is most likely out (Spring/Autumn 2011) then I should ask for it? im with my boyfriend nearly 5 yrs we have a toddler and last year and the previous year i got him and expensive few days break away for his birthdays,xmas not as extravagant but still enough and fathers day id buy somethin that would be from our son and his side of the family has alot of nieces and nephews (none on my side) id but all thier xmas present too. yet the reverse im lucky to see a card or somethin for $10 or $20, so this year iv decided to put a halt to it all, we do have money issues now and again like most people but he earns more than me, do you think im correct? more

Open Question: My camera dropped in salt water for 1 second, please help!?

Today we went out to a beach with my little family and some friends to get some fun for my little daughter 3rd birthday. For my daughter, I borrowed a digital camera from my brother-in-law. a bad day for me, the camera fell into the sea when I was taking pictures for her. about 1 second I quickly picked up and cleaned with a dry cloth. I tried to turn it on again. still works fine but soon after the lcd was dark. I put the battery out, put it back again and try to turn on again. lenses could still be in and out though have to wait a bit. after that I let sit dry (battery and the card still inside). I have just rinsed it with fresh water (as I just read some of the suggestions from this forum) and kept in rice box, as they also said to wipe out the salt. I am not sure if this was right but I just tried everything before my brother got mad at me. Please anyone can help me how to get it fixed as i think i can't afford to buy the same new camera for replacement for him. thanks. more

tonight me and a long time friend went out for her daughter birthday and well she picked the most expensive restaurant and well her debit card declined and it was 54 bucks she had no money so I had to pay for it. it upset me for I had to take bill money for it. then all she could say when we left is I don't get any more money tell the first of the month. my cell bill is on the 21st and well now I do not have the money. but what if it was you what would you have done? what would they do to her for not having the money? this sucks and well I just want someone Else's ideals on it. and was wondering do they call cops or what?54 was her part my bill was 40 bucks. and it was 3 12 years olds and me and her. 94 for total!as for the cell bill i am on prepaid. so no waiting will they do...and as for me doing allot for this girl yes I do and do not mind as long as I am told ahead of time so I got the funds but for someone to not make sure of money in bank is not cool in my book plus she was suppose to give gas money also. of course I paid it but what if I did not have the money. which I was 5 bucks short and a army young man gave me 5 bucks on it. so it was like what if know one had that 5 bucks. think next time ill tell her cash only. now I am not mad just confused on why someone would not know if they got money for going out. just getting my point across. more

Open Question: How long does it take WalMart to restock on DVD's online?

I was about to buy a DVD online last week but I needed to put money on a gift card (not putting credit cards online) to buy it so I had to wait until the weekend to do so. Open Question: Do i have an Anxiety Disorder?

As far as i can remember i've always worried too much about silly things, when i was younger i worried about electrical things in my room still being plugged in when i went to sleep such as the TV etc. i also used to worry if i wrote my friend a birthday card and sealed it i thought i'd wrote something nasty in it ( ever though deep down i knew i hadn't) i would still have to open the card again to just check. i used to worry that if i didn't do things a particular way then something bad will happen, eg if i wasn't ready for school by 7 30 something bad would happen. I've gotten alot better over the years but i find that i worry about other things now such as if i ring my boyfriend and he doesn't answer i think hes cheating, or if i haven't heard from him all day i persume something bad has happened. I also don't like change, and worry so much when there is a change or there is a break in my rountine. when i do worry i recently started getting pains to my chest and sometimes now the worry comes along randomly i don't know what i'm worrying about i just feel on edge. please help! more

Open Question: Why is my sister acting like this towards me? How can i get her to stop?

well I am 17 and my sister is 14. I happen to like MAC makeup, and i rarely go shopping. So I saved up my money( half was my birthday money), and a few days days ago I got my first 3 MAC products. So I get home, and my sister asked me what I got. So i told her and she wanted to see. I showed her my makeup and when she saw the prices she didn't want to look at it anymore and looked at me and said " You should of done something more productive with your money" and walked away. My aunt and uncle bought me a green dot money pack for my birthday. Now can I just go right up to cvs and buy the card for 4.95 then use there moneypack to load it on my card? Is there any kind of hold I will have to have before going to the atm and getting my money? Would hate to have to wait 2 weeks or so until I can spend my bday money! I will do my best to sum up her situation as best I can. -he hasn't been employed for over a year -he constantly belittles her in front of peers -she cleans everything -he puts her down and harasses her -he won't drive her to work despite the fact that he's not employed and paying for everything -he won't pick her up either -he doesn't get her anything for birthday/Christmas/valentines -she buys him stuff all the time (ie. Nintendo DSi) -when she's home, he demands that she pay attention to him -he has her attached to his emotional roller coaster but one car behind -just recently, he left giving her the finger, and came home only to whip his set of keys at her leg (hurting her) [oh, but he is really sorry] -he puts his hands around her neck and says he will pop her head off -she's currently paying for all his housing costs -he maxes out his credit card and she pays it off -in front of her, he'll say he's only with her cause it doesn't make any sense to do anything else Oh my, it is so weird to type all this out and see it as a list. I met my ex girlfriend online in November 2008. We fell in love instantly and we had a great relationship with a few bumps in the road. I was more than your average boyfriend. I cooked, took her out for dinner, bought her roses on occasion, helped her financially if needed, always told her she was cute or beautiful, whenever she was sick I would show up to her door with a walgreens bag full of meds and a pack of Gatorade, yeah the whole nine yards. I planned on promising to marry her on our six month anniversary due to her insecurities about me leaving her, and the fact that I loved her. All of that changed five months into our relationship. She became friends with a new guy at her work. I didn't have a problem with it due to the fact that most of her friends were guys. I started to get insecure when he offered to pay hundreds of dollars worth of car maintenance after knowing her a week. They started hanging out more frequently and she started lying about things. I grew very suspicious and the fights and arguments began to breakout. The guy was around me only a couple of times and he could never look at me. I just received the "jealous insecure" label from her.One night she sent me a text and asked me if I would love her forever. I told her of course and I would never leave her. That same night she cheated on me. She eventually cheated and left me for him. I was destroyed. I have never felt so angry and betrayed in my life. She told me she was in love with him, too and that she thought she would truly be happy with him. She begged to be friends still, but I denied her. After a week of arguing on the phone I told her to stay the hell out of my life. Months went on and we didn't speak. She would send me the occasional text message but I would ignore her. Resolved Question: What to do for a Long-Distance Anniversary?

OK Ladies and Gentlemen here's what's going on: Me and my girlfriend are defying the odds and we're currently in the long-distance cycle (She's in a town called Waterford, Maryland I'm in Covington, Louisiana.) We met (not face to face, sadly and NO, she isn't a pedophile so shut up on that) almost a year ago on Gaia (spontaneously, in a way) and we've been dating for 6-10 months (broken up once only for a short time.) Now our one year anniversary is coming up and we both decided to have it at the website (Who would've guessed that?) but I want to do something a little more. We have been dating for 18 months. Last year she got me a very nice card and a few small but very thoughtful things. For her birthday I was a little more extravagant (but that's just the way I am).
