Hello. I need a fitness plan. I go to 24 Hour Fitness about 3 to 4 times a week and mainly stick to some of the aerobic, pilates, and yoga classes. But I want something a little different. The trainers are expensive and don't fit my tight budget at the moment. What I want to do is tone my belly, be able to see more definition in my abs, and I want fast results. I was told by one of the trainers, "fast results would be to do 500 crunches every day for a week and I'll have a six pack - at least that's what Britney Spear's trainer has her do." I don't need to strain my back, because I do have occasional lower back pain and yoga helps with that. Aside from ab tonage, I'd like upper body strength, build muscle in my arms and legs. About me: I'm 26 years old. 5'4" and 115 lbs. I can't afford to lose weight as my metabolism is fast and working out would jeopardize my weight. I'm pretty good about balancing out a meal plan with my fitness plan, I just need a fitness plan that works With summer coming up, I live in Arizona and it's already getting HOT! I want to look nice in a bikini. My tummy at the moment is a bit pudgy and I don't like it. If you have any suggestions on muscle building, ab and butt toning that would be awesome! Provide me with any circuits or a series of work out routines. Thank you in advance and have an awesome Monday!
