Open Question: What are your memories of the '90s?

Here are my memories of the '90s: 1) The old computers with the green screen. When you make a mistake or press a key they made that loud noise that would give you a heart attack. The sound went like this brrrm. 2) 1996 Nintendo 64 comes out with full force with huge titles. For some reason the stores came out with crates of the N64 Systems. Those systems were never sold out. But today when a system comes out it is always sold out forever. I played Super Mario 64, Paper Mario 64, Glover, Gecko Gex, Super Smash Bros., Bomberman 64, Bust-A-Move, Mario Kart 64, Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo-Tooie, Pilot Wings, 007 Golden Eye, Mario Party, Mario Party 2, Mario Party 3, Cruis'n USA, San Francisco Rush Extreme Racing, San Francisco Rush 2049, Rampage, Rampage 2, Pokemon Snap, and many more. My favorite was Mario Kart because of the funny noises they make. The first game that I played was Super Mario 64 at Blockbuster Video. 3) One dollar toy dispensers come out. You know the ones with three or six compartments. The yellow pastic ones that they have in stores right at the door. 4) For TV it was Nickoloden, Nick Toons, Nick Jr., Disney's One Saturday Morning (Five hours of summer, ONE SATURDAY MORNING!!), UPN, ABC, WWF, WWF in your house, Celebrity Deathmatch, another clay animation with two guys, Taco Bell Chihuaha, South Park, McDonald's commercials. My favorite was Celebrity Deathmatch. 5) For movies it was Pokemon The Movie, Good Burger haha (I'm a dude, she's a dude, he's a dude, hey y'all), Snow Day (SNOOOOWWWWWWWW), Jungle 2 Jungle, Jumanji, The Lion King, Arthur's Perfect Christmas, Rugrats, Toy Story. 6) For music it was Foo Fighters, Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, N'sync, Nirvana. 7) The only toys I can think of are the Tech Deck skateboards and dudes and Pokemon. 8) The Wonderball is all I can think for food. 9) For travel went to Disney World in 1995, Universal Studios, Chuck E. Open Question: Is Britney Spears' music appearing to be underrated?

At first, I thought that she was soaring through the ups and downs of life. However, now I find myself questioning that her music has always come across as underrated. Meaning, In the Zone, the CD showed devotion towards her craft and passion in music. It came and go. She still continues to sing In the Zone music in her concerts and she collaborated with the writers. Furthermore, Blackout, a CD most have to top to be considered pop royalty since it shifted the true meaning of pop music. Blackout was a hella of a killer album. I dare put it in the category for one of the few pop albums of the decade. Yet, her music seems to be underrated and not recognized like several others in the pop entertainment. I get it... "It's been a while, I am sorry that I kept you waiting!" Geez, her music damn deserves the same recognition of those who force their initials on a cover they did not wrote. Britney Spears, now she has passion. Yup. Now, is it just me or is her music (albums) usually underrated? Does it want it to be that way, does her management want it that way, too? Don't get me wrong, we all have out favorite Spears album; for one reason or another. 1. In the Zone 2. Blackout 3. Circus 4. Britney 5. ...Oops I Did It Again 6. Baby One More Time Moreover, whom ever said that Britney Spears does not write her music do to ( Mmm Papi and My Baby), she has also written (Everytime) and co-wrote most of her earlier albums. I choose, "In the Zone," as my favorite Britney Spears album because it was were she was growing as an artist. Meaning, she co-wrote 8 songs. That is never seen from her since the media has begun to label her a simple lip-synching entertainer. Have people forgotten that this particular album sold 609, 000 copies on its first week? How much more does Britney Spears have to prove to others that she has never left the building? Is it simply because she is not doing her annual MTV VMA performance, like she used to do? Believe it or not, Britney Spears has more fans supporting her rather than Beyonce. In other words, Britney Spears may not write most of her music, but has the dignity to praise the music others write for her. Unlike Beyonce, she forces her signature in every song. Resolved Question: Why is my iPod (Nano, 5th Generation, 8GB) not displaying the correct album covers?

Today, this morning, my iPod was fine. I added 2 new songs today and now it's gone all weird. If I go into my albums in a list all the covers are fine and dandy, no issue. But if I go into the side-scrolling menu everything's jumbled. I've got Britney Spears album 'In The Zone' on my iPod and that album cover, or a distorted version of it, now seems to have invaded way over half of my iPod! I don't understand why or how to fix it. I deleted the 2 songs I added today thinking they might somehow be jumbling it up but they're not. Everything else on iTunes seems to be fine. Please help! more

I went to the Boston show on the first leg back in March and I'm going again on Saturday. The first time I went my friend and I didn't bring a camera because I thought they weren't allowed but it turns out they were. I want to bring my own camera but the only one I own isn't like a Coolpix or anything, it's and expensive Nikon that could be used professionally. Is that allowed? Will they take it away? And does anyone know where the best place "In The Zone" is to stand? more

With gas prices, the economy, moral values, fashion, culture, religion, etc, basically everything? I mean, gwen stefani, britney spears will be oldies. Gas/fossil fuels will I believe be more scarse, the economy god only knows....moral values I believe will still keep declining, fashion will be anything goes, culture will be basically like it is today, religion will still be there but even less serious than today, I basically think everything will stay the same and get worse, but technology will improve, and being perfect will be the norm, kind of like a twilight zone episode.I mean its kind of scary even now. The little misfit Ferris Bueler from the 80s, is like a middle aged dad, the pop singer material girl who wanted to rule the world, is 50, our generation of today as bad as they are...god only knows what they will be like in the future. i have friends, but only two true best friends that i would trust with my life. i don't really feel as though i have a "clique" at school, because all of my friends, including my best friends, each have different cliques. the only clique i don't have a friend out of, is the "prep" clique. my assignment for my final grade of the semester in one of my classes, is to determine which stereotype i fit in based on my clique and learn how to come outside of my comfort zone within my circle of friends. but i don't know which label i fall under! i'm mixed with black and white. i'm fourteen. i'm in all honors classes. i play the drums in the band. i'm a volleyball player, i wear twloha t-shirts, and i support them to the fullest. most of my clothes come from belk's, wetseal, rue21, and forever 21. i am addicted to scarves at the moment. i love my pit-bulls with all my heart. i live by the country club. i love to ride four wheelers and go to football games. shopping is my passion even if it's not for myself. i don't think lil wayne is the greatest rapper alive. i listen to tupac<3 nas, lauryn hill, boyz II men, all american rejects, ne-yo, britney spears, we the kings, taylor swift, and katy perry. i don't believe in peace, so i don't walk around with huge peace sign necklaces on. my favorite movie of all time is "boys n the hood" and i am literally begging my mom to let me go see "notorious" next weekend! when i get my license, i want a 1962 bonneville. my purse brand of choice is juicy couture, but i have a few dooney and bourkes. when i grow up, i want to attend spelman college and major in psychology, but then i want to attend unc-chapel hill to get my law degree. i've read twilight, but i don't think it's the greatest book ever written. i also don't think that robert pattison is cute. my father left me when i was little, and i'm raised by a single parent. the pittsburgh steelers and the new england patriots are my teams<3 i overanalyze everything, and i spend hours thinking. so what category do i fall under exactly? more
