Voting Question: How do I become a legal guardian for my father who happens to be married to a woman who is clearly toxic?

My father is battling with depression, alcohol and mental health. He is on the road of self destruction. He has had a lot of criminal activity in the last 5 years. He been sent to prison for drug use and repeatedly violating his probation. He married a woman while he was in jail and when he was released 8 months later. She is clearly an alcoholic herself and knowing he is on parole she has provided him with alcohol. And once again a domestic dispute occurred he drove away and was pulled over for a DUI and now incarcerated again.. This time facing new felony charges and for violating parole. My Dad is not making rational decision which is out of character for him. He was a highly respected and highly decorated Commander in the United States Navy. He has served his country for 27 years. He has been a wonderful father to me and my siblings 3 of which he adopted. When I think of the current situation all I think of is Britney Spears. My goal is to get the wedding annulled based on mental incompetence. Then I would like to have a restraining order against her. And finally, become my Father;s legal guardian! Now a lot of the celebrities having children are under 30 or even 25, like Nicole Richie, Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, Katie Holmes, the redhead actress from "The Wedding Crashers" (the one that liked Vince Vaughn's character), Angelina Jolie who is still under 35, Jennifer Garner also under 35, etc. It was so common for female celebrities to have children after 35 even into their 40s like Madonna and Marilyn Monroe didnt get pregnant until she was in her early 30s. Why the change? Is pregnancy a trend now? It seems like evry time I blink an eye a young female celebrity is pregnant! more

In a recent People magazine there was a screen shot of K-Fed in an old Target commercial. He was just one of the background dancers in a fake wedding scene, and he was one of the guys holding a plunger (yep, like to unclog toilets with) for the newlyweds to walk under.
