Resolved Question: A word challenge. Can anyone create this unique crossword puzzle?

Alright, so I have a question/challenge for any word experts out there. I've been trying to figure this out for awhile, but I can't seem to do it. Here's the deal: We have a magnetic alphabet set on our fridge for our daughter to play with and sound out. But I've been trying to make a crossword (linking words together) out of each of the 26 letters. It's been challenging, and I started out being able to use all but 6 letters -- but now I'm down to using all but 1. My questions is this: is there a humanly possible way to construct a crossword out of the 26 letters of the alphabet. Basically, once you use a letter, you can only use it in it's present form and location -- no new words with repeat letters. I know it's difficult to answer this using text, but if anyone has any ideas, let me know. My email is joshmadore@gmail.com. Thanks! more

Hi all. I just found out yesterday that my mass communications project for next semester will be to use what I find to be my strongest communication tool (for me, writing) and create a functional tool of communicating an important message for the public. It is to be Internet-based. After speaking to my advisor, I have chosen to create a blog that focuses on the tools, methods, etc. of learning a new language. Though, since I am learning Spanish, and will be using different lessons throughout the blog articles (which I believe will help me strengthen what I am learning...so this web site will be sort of a way of gaining a good grade while not letting my Spanish lessons fall to the wayside), I want to make sure I've laid out the groundwork of various methods and learning styles clearly. A few of the topics I want to cover will be the differences in learning styles (ie. visual, auditory, "hands-on" learning, etc.), methods, and tools. Some of the tools I will discuss will be visual aids such as flash cards, software, language dictionaries vs. online translators, books, etc. I also want to discuss the importance of tactile learning such as writing workbooks or worksheets. For auditory aids, I have music (such as CD's, radio, etc.) and movies. Some methods that came to mind are immersion, class work, tutoring, software such as Rosetta Stone and Pimsleur, and web sites devoted to teaching new languages. I also want to mention activities, such as using the new language to point out objects when you're at home or "out and about", games (such as hangman, crossword puzzles, and word searches) in the language you are trying to learn. Of course, practice will be a topic, so I will most likely include sites such as livemocha.com, social networking sites, pen pal exchanges, and studying abroad. But, I still feel like I'm missing something. I am hoping to make this blog as complete and helpful to readers as possible (on the off chance that someone bumps into it during their browsing).
