Resolved Question: How hard can it be to give up cigarettes?

Ok, I have been trying to give up cigarettes for about 5 weeks now, I am on the patches, and i chew sugar free gum alot, I smoked for 38 years, I was smoking about 30 a day, which is alot, smoking was a big part of my life, and I couldnt do anything without a cigarette, now I cant do anything without thinking about cigarettes, its not physical the urges I am getting it is mental, I know that, I just cant stop having about 3 half cigarettes a day, it drives me mental until I have a few puffs, what can I do to stop this, I know some of you are going to say, ' its will power', go for a walk, drink some water. I have heard all this and tried all this and it doesnt work with me, I have my own shop and business isnt that good at the moment so I spend alot of time doing nothing except crosswords, so I cant exactly shut the shop and go for a walk, even if i did I would still feel like a cigarette when I returned, has anybody else gone through this and does it stop in time, this is all making me quite fed up, since cutting down to about one and a half cigs a day, my health has improved in leaps and bounds so I know it will benefit me in the end, BUT at the moment it is driving me nuts.....HELP.... more

On St.Mary's physics site, there are crosswords for students to do. Unfortunately, St. Mary's physics crossword site has one of those crosswords without the answer button. I am in need of this button in order to create a answer sheet for easier grading for my 65+ students. If you all wont mind, can you solve all of this for me since I have a hard and rigorous schedule. I honestly don't have free time to do this since I barely have time for myself. Heck, I barely sleep, am over-fatigued, tired, and ill (I know that's bad and I have to change that but anyways.) I tried numerous times the past 2 weeks in emailing St. Mary's site but never got a response.
