My boyfriend and I can't take a lot of time off of work, but we are looking to spend a long weekend in the Florida Keys in April. We booked our flight to Miami, but now we have to decide whether we want to stay in Key Largo or Key West! Open Question: Due to physical limitations, I can't fly. Are there any MBA level marketing jobs not requiring travel?

I have searched for jobs that didn't list any travel, but then by the time I interview or get a job offer, I'm informed they are 10-20% travel. I then mention that I can't travel coach, and it seems like they just interpret that as me being cocky and demanding, and it goes out the window. I'm 6'9", and proportionally, physically do not fit in airplane seats. Because I'm a big guy (375 lb), even though I'm an athlete (ex-college sports, current semi-pro football) and perfectly healthy, I can't manipulate my body to squeeze my legs in any other way. I know this sounds awkward. I can barely get by on SOME airlines by sitting in exit rows, but few- if any- allow you to specify that prior to flying anymore. I've had good luck on the rare flights that I have had to take as of the last several years that someone was willing to give up their bulkhead or exit row seats for me- and once I even got the flight attendant to let me sit with my legs going into the aisle, but I can't rely on this goodwill should i be traveling frequently. I just want to put this "problem" away and not deal with it, but I'm thinking it's impossible. I guess I can resort to my undergraduate engineering degree, but I was really hoping to enter marketing as I am quite passionate about it- and have performed exceptionally well in schooling and a non-travel consulting internship. I have no problem traveling up to 14 hours in a day via car, as i have made trips of such length frequently in the past. Is there any type of position or company that won't require travel? Or is there any way I can "word" it early on to keep me on larger planes with business class seating or first class seating without it being a huge negative? more

We have been together for 3 years. Engaged to be married. Wedding in 7 months. I took a flight out of state for 4 days without fiance. I had to go to a funeral back in our home state. Fiance didn't come with me due to expenses, work, his son. I love my fiance very much but did notice that I didn't miss him the way I see others miss their partners when they leave for days. He was crazy with hugs and kisses when I got home. I was happy to see him but I wasn't half as crazy about it as he was. He noticed the difference and asked if I missed him at all. Hi does anyone know of any UK airlines that allow small dogs to travel on the plane with you. I have read that some airlines allow dogs under 15lbs which mine is on board under your seat. Does anyone know what airline these are? We travel to Ibiza a lot and want to take our dog with us but I am struggling to find an airline. I DO NOT want to have him transported in the cargo area. I'm going to New Zealand/Australia from the U.S. and want to bring my whey protein with me for my workouts. I'd have it in my checked bags. Even though I don't think anyone would suspect it's cocaine, I'd rather not have it confiscated or get denied access to either country because of it. I don't know what cocaine smells or taste like, but I would doubt it would taste like chocolate or strawberries! I'm going for a conservation project during my summer of from college. I know what kind of powdered protein I like so it would be best if I could just bring it along rather than finding something once I'm there. My sister is getting married in South Africa next week, and after much soul-searching, my husband and I decided to leave our 15month old son with his paternal grandparents while we go alone to the wedding for 1 week. There are a couple of reasons we decided this, not least because of the long (16hrs), indirect, overnight flight there, but the reasons aren't really relevant to my question. I was wanting find out if any of you have left your children at this age for that length of time? If so, how did were they while you were away? How were they when you got back? My husband's parents and sister have all taken the week off work so they can do fun things with him and keep him occupied and otherwise spoil him with love and attention. We're hoping that in the end it will be harder on us than him, but I would love to hear about your experience just so I can prepare myself. more

So I was with one of my two best friends. The dream was terribly vivid and I awoke with a violently beating heart and cold sweat. Him and I were in his car and he was driving us somewhere, it was night time. We were exiting off of the highway and the exit contained semi-sharp right curve. He took this curve a little too fast and ended up going through the guard rail and this off-ramp was sort of a bridge. After we hit the guard rail we were going nose-first into what looked to be rocks. I was saying to myself in the dream that I was dead, this was it and I'm accepting it because I have no choice. Instead of hitting rocks I saw our fate was to plunge head first into a body of water. I quickly opened the door as we were about to make contact with the water as to have an easier escape attempt. Once we were submerged in the water I undid my seat belt and attempted to undo my then unconscious friend's seat belt and rescue him. After a small struggle and a great loss of air I could not free my friend, fight or flight ensued. I took flight to try to get air and return to the rescue attempt. I hit the surface, and got air. I then dove back to try to rescue my friend, but was unable to locate the car and searched until I needed air again. As soon as I resurfaced this second time I quickly awoke from my dream. I don't know what my impending death as well as my friends, and the setting of this dream... or, well, really any of the dream means. Please help. more

IF YOU WERE ABLE TO SECURE YOUR OWN ACCOMODATIONS, YOU CAN SUBMIT A HOTEL BILL TO UNITED AIRLINES, FOR BASIC ROOM EXPENSES, NOT TO EXCEED $ 400 USD. I submitted all the neccessary bills and untill now haven't received my refund, i sent an email to the united airlines customer voice and ASTHA AURORA replied to me that it was bad weather. can someone help me to check the actual details of what happened on the 11th of august 2008, so i can pursue my case. thanks more

About an hour ago I let my buddy rider my motorcycle 05 GSXR 750, He was doing about 90, panicked and hit a curb..went about 70 foot in the air. He just got life flighted.
