It's season 5 episode 1. In the episode, the kidnapper was Greg Jezic, whom Daniel Lester (Gabriel Olds) fights him agressively and pushes him into the street where he's violently hit by a car. So, I work as a cashier part time and this old hispanic man who is a delivery driver where I work always calls me honey, or mommie. Then when I was waiting for my boyfriend to pick me up he told me to forget about him and asked me out for drinks. I recently played a relatively amusing game online where you chose between running a sushi or pizza restaurant (the choice was pretty irrelevant but I thought it might help) and whatever you don't choose, the computer does. You played against the computer with both of you running a restaurant at the same time, not very involved (kinda like lemonade tycoon, automatic customers, no actual serving) and as you gain more money, you upgrade your restaurant with things like balloons, neon lights, karaoke singers, delivery men, second floors etc I can't remember the name so I can't find it ANYWHERE but it was quite fun so I'd like to find it. I work at my uncles pizzeria. I've been working there for 2 years now and my entire family. My uncle through marriage is the owner, my aunt works with me, we answer phones, take orders, give people there food when they come to pick it up. They're two sons, my cousins work there as well, my one cousin delivers food and answers pphones and everything occasionally, my other cousin makes pizzas and takes deliveries, answers phones as well. My other uncle and grandfather work as delivery men on the weekends but theyre not my problem. We also have six immigrants working, 5 in the kitchen and one who makes pizzas up front. I have been wanting to wuit and applied for two other waitessing jobs and if I get them I would like to take these jobs bc worknig here makes me crazy, but I'd feel bad bc its my family and I don't wanna feel like I'm offending them by quitting. So here's a list of reasons why I want to quit. Can someone tell me if I should leave and begin working someplace new or should I stay because no matter where I go I would have similar problems? -We have this rule, no cell phones. He made this rule up after me and this other girl who works there started using our phones too much, I understood the rule and complied with it but now his sons are constantly on their phones and he doesn't say anything to them but when I have my out, for even a second he yells at me. I don't think that is fair. -My cousin put up a tip jar about 4 months ago. But every day, like 4 times a day he empties it out and he puts it into an envelope. There's at least $400 in there and I work a mjaority of the time at the counter and make a lot of those tips and no one has ever given me anything from it or told me what they will be doing with the monry. -My cousin went crazy one time and punched the glass at the restaurant one day bc the phone was ringing and no one was answering it. my aunt was talking to someone and I was tsking a slice out of the oven while the phone was ringing. But he threw a fit and screamed that me and my aunt don't do anything and he has to do everything. -My cousins are constantly on the computer in the back. My one cousin is obssesed with the MMA so he's constantly researching and looking up that stuff and my other cousin is always playing on addictinggames and they sometimes sit their hours at a time and they have the nerve to say I don't do anything. -I always have to ask for more hours. I have a set schedule but I wanted to wrok fourty hours a week, he gives me more hours but then takes them back from me. -My uncle tells me to wipe down tables and make pizza boxes and fill up the sodas when im not doing anything. but they recently hired a new guy in the back and he comes up and wipes down the table, my aunt and cousin fill up the sodas mostly so I can only fill up the soas maybe once a week and the delivery men usually make boxes and theres no room if I decide to make more, and I get yelled at when I'm not doing anything but there isn't anything to do. -Everyone there thinks they are my boss. But Im not gonna listen to all of them. -My aunt is sometimes on the phone with like my grandmother for about a half an hour so im stuck taking care of all the customers by myself and no one can yell at her bc "she's the boss' wife" -I see these people at least once a day everyday. They get on my nerves. Even when I have my days off I see them, tejir daighter and I are very close so on my days off I sometimes hang out with her so i'm bound to see someone I work with. I would just love to get a way from them once in a while. I just reaally reeeaallly hate my job. I cant stand that family. Should I quit? I mean they do pay me good. But is it worth the misery to make that money? more

Is it ok to come to the back to accept a UPS package in the late morning/early afternooon in only sexy lingerie? Okay so I have been waiting for a Mac computer to arrive for a while now. I got intouch with the delivery company to make sure they had my address right as the tracker said that the delivery was attempted at a time when I was sitting in the front room of my house. Today I checked the tracker and the Mac has apparently been delivered and signed for... but not by me. I'm furious as this is not the first time I have lost my mail because of a stupid delivery man who cant read. What rights to I have against the delivery company and should I involve the police? Resolved Question: How do I handle my paper delivery guy and what should I tell my neighbor?

My paper was delivered to my old address for over 2 years and I not once saw the delivery guy and things went smoothly. A few months ago I moved in the neighborhood so it was still the same delivery guy. I forgot to forward my address so I got a letter from the newspaper asking me where I had moved since the new residents informed them of the move. I now live in a secured access building, the guy comes in the afternoon and if I'm not home he buzzes all the other units until someone lets him in. The first time I was home and buzzed him in I was in my bathrobe but peeked out a crack in the door just to say thank you. Before I knew it he was sitting on my couch trying to fix me up with his son who I said was too young, and trying to get TOO friendly even if it was well-meaning, like telling me about the neighborhood as if I don't know it - I only moved 3 miles away and he knows I lived in my last location for over 2 years. He wrote down his mailing address and phone number and told me to mail him a copy of my building's key so he doesn't have to buzz. I said ok because I am the type that can't say no even if I want to, but I don't want him to have the key, whenever my neighbors buzz him in he is very aggressive and keeps knocking on my door and ringing my doorbell even if it's 9:30pm (it's a once/week special newspaper from another state so there's flexibility when it gets delivered). At least I have a warning from the buzzer when to expect him and turn off my lights pretending I'm not home, but if he gets a copy of my key he'll be knocking on my door on random days/times and then I'll NEVER respond not knowing if it's a neighbor or him! (I know I sound pathetic). This morning I had an email from my neighbor saying she noticed whenever I don't answer the buzzer he buzzes her and she let's him in and is forced to see where he goes to be responsible, and that he told her I haven't given him a copy of my key and so she wrote in her email where I can get it duplicated and to take care of it asap. Should I tell her the situation and why I don't want to give him the key - that he is being overly friendly and expects a meet and greet every time he delivers the paper? She probably thinks I'm a weirdo to not buzz people in who are ringing me. Also, should I cancel my newspaper so I don't have to deal with him? I'm too shy to tell him to leave the paper outside the building (it's up a set of stairs and away from the street so in a safe area that I see other papers left there). Should I cave in and mail him the key? What should I do? Please help. I don't want to be rude but I don't want an aggressive man buzzing me and all my neighbors every week to get in either.HI Mel, I like your idea to tell the np company to inform him to leave it outside so i won't have to deal with him. Resolved Question: Royal Mail - has this happened to you?

I keep getting other people's mail simply because he can't be bothered to go to the neighbour's house. Everything is clearly marked - they just want to finish as soon as possible no doubt. I have also had mail left that needed a signature pushed through my letter box, so the person paying for the extra cost is losing out on the security. I also had a special delivery left on my doorstep which was a laptop worth £300!! I took a card to the post office to collect an item and they never found it!! They told me to ask the sender to claim on my behalf! How can I ask the sender if it is something I am not expecting??? I reported all the above to Royal Mail and they said they would inform the local post office on my behalf. If I address the letter: John Smith Medicine Man Monument Valley, UT 84536 do you think it will it get there? Or should I add "General Delivery" to the address? Resolved Question: Is there such a lawsuit?

I'm wondering if there is a lawsuit not neccessarily for malpractice, but for extreme pain and suffering against an OB/GYN(the only one in town, I had to go to him). I was basically forced to have a c-section delivery on 12/4 because he refused to let me try a v-bac, even though it was only 10 days short of 3 years to the day I had my daughter via emergency c-section and was well aware of the 1/2 a percent of risks I would of had. I was released on 12/7, only to return to the ER that night w/ a hematoma in my incision, and was readmitted for observation, so my poor newborn had to spend his first night at home w/ daddy(who he wasn't really comfortable with) and big sis, but no mom, who is the person who he knows best. Even though I had pain medicines at home, they refused to reissue me the prescribed dosage, so it was a very painful and uncomfortable night in the hospital w/ an IV and some antibiotics, just in case. So 12/8 rolls around, and I get to go home at noon. At which point my feet began swelling way past normal, and since I couldn't get them into shoes and it was painful, I was sent a visiting nurse, who says I have to stay laying down, etc. Which is fine, I understand. But my incision is still seeping enough blood to soak the dressing every 12 hours even with modified bedrest, and a bruise has formed under the skin below the incision(made at the pubic bone) that makes it extremely painful to even clean myself. One of the staples he insisted upon using to close is only in half the incision, so it's gaping and probably going to get infected, I had asked for stitches because I had issues w/ surgical glue and don't trust staples. My iron levels are extremely low. Then I started having chest pains, and could hear my heart beating, and my blood pressure has begun climbing. My pulse rate has dropped to the low forties, and I ended up back in the ER today w/ a throbbing headache, which is more painful that the c-section. My pulse is still low, and I'm in a massive amount of pain, hardly able to care for myself and my newborn, let alone my toddler. Every time they call the OB worried about something, whether it be the visiting nurses or ER doctors, he says he'll see my Wednesday, when I'll have to go to the clinic and sit for hours before they will see me, then I'll have my staples removed, supposedly. I had begged and pleaded to be allowed a VBAC to avoid all these complications, to no avail. Is there even such a type of lawsuit? The man seems to think he can get away w/ treating patients like crap cause we have no choice as to who our provider is until they get another OB or 2 in town. more

My MIL is not a bad person,she has been very good to me.We live in different countries so get along very well.For the past 5 months i am in my home country,had my baby who is now 2 months old.I currently stay at my parents.My MIL got under my skin while i was at the hospital due to some pregnancy complications and the delivery.She is a retired nurse and she would interfere with all the treatments and medicine given there,She would complain about everything.She would even have her own different ideas about what to do and what not to do for my baby.She always insists on doing what the doc says not to.She gets over excited and is over indulgent with me and baby.she is quite annoying as she talks and talks and talks.I have for the past 2 months carefully spaced her out and given us some space.I dont invite her for baby's doc appointments nor do i tell her if the baby had a cold or tummy ache.Its been ok so far.Now my hubby is coming down for holidays,will have to go and stay with her,i am not happy..i cant stand her,cant bear to be with her in the same room.My hubby is aware of my feelings(not completly) and i am sure he will be quite supportive.My hubby is a wonderful man ,my SIL is my best friend but my MIL who used to pratically be my mom..i cant stand her.Every time i make up my mind to let it go..all those feelings come back as soon as i see her or speak to her.next month i will be back to my home,she will come over for a month and then its all over,we will meet again after a year so i just have to hold on till then and not spoil it. please help me overcome this..i hope its not anything to do with PPD more

so apparently this mission is about steering an extremely difficult to control RC plane to kill five delivery men. I am now at the point of frustration. A close friend of mine has been a waitress for 11 years at a pizzeria and the only raise she had received is the increase in the state minimum pay. While the men that work there get raises on a regular basis. My friend does more than wait tables she cooks pizzas makes sandwiches and also does delivery's when needed. When she asked for a raise because the men in the place had just got one she was told no what you make from waiting tables should make it even. Down the street is a great lip-smacking pizza joint. The owner seems okay, but his two kids -Pino and Vito- who work there seem to be out and out racists. I live in a black neighborhood, I am black as are most of the residents. Sal, the owner, is ok. He hired my homeboy Mookie to be his delivery guy but most people think he's just using Mook as a token. Yesterday when I was in eating my slices, another homey from the hood came in for pizza. Radio Raheem carries a boom box all over da joint. He brought it in and started playing it loud. VSal, ito and Pino went crazy.Then another homey Buggin' Out starts going off about why there are no pictures of black men on the walls. That just torqued the owner up even more. And then when Smiley (another homey) came in and asked for pizza,Sal told us all to leave. So you have different kinds of Hip Hop. I know some people don't know that, but to break it down; Underground Battle Rap (this deals with metaphors, rhyme schemes, and delivery with most of the type a humorous or targeting agenda, like criticizing commercial rap), Underground Political Rap (deals with social and political topics ranging from various different perspectives, very mature and very different then what you would typically hear on the radio), Underground Flashy Rap (rap that talk about the same things typical commercial rap would i.e. women, cars, and violence, this is typically the area before Commercial Flashy Rap), Commercial Flashy Rap (signed rappers who are told what to rap about and how to rap it by corporation owned record labels, this is what you hear most on the radio if not the only thing on the radio), Commercial Political Rap (typically Political Rap doesn't commercialize however in recent events like the recent presidential election have shown an increase of Commercial Flashy rappers support President Obama, though their perspectives and lyrics aren't always unique, simply making a rap like "My president is black, my lambo's [lamborghini] blue" in their eyes entitles them to be considered conscious which I don't agree with by the way), Conscious Rap (this would be something similar to the "Pro-Black" or political rap mixed with commercialization rap, some of this is good but most are putting on a show acting like they care when they really don't are not that all different from commercial rap), and last but not least the Commercial R&B/Rap (the R&B singers who are featured with rappers or make songs similar to commercial rap but with a melody, this has a tendency to touch the area of socializing with women as they attempt to portray). So with this information, I want to know what do people really want to hear out of these options, if your not a Hip Hop Rap fan I wouldn't expect you to respond with a serious answer, however I'm interested in what the women think as far as Commercial Rappers intentionally degrading the image of a woman compared to the Conscious Rappers who try to portray that they respect women, or the R&B singers who portray their love for women. While the men, I'm curious what you think as far as words with meaning and if Commercial Rap is productive in the culture of Hip Hop or the people who listen to it. All genres apply and I'm not pointing out one is better then the other.I think regardless of my personal perspective of the genre and the sub-categories of the genre, so far everyone who's answered have labeled rap simple and not complicated. I intentionally left out other styles and put the specific ones listed as the types I was interested in getting perspectives on. So far, those who think rap is only about glorifying drugs, women, money, cars, and violence obviously are ignorant to the other styles, because if you didn't know (which is obvious) is that alot of underground rap stick with traditional rhyme schemes and topics which are relevant to current events. While what you hear on the radio and what you see on the TV is not what Hip Hop is about, never has been and never will be. While on the other hand, naming specific rappers simply puts the idealism into the same category as the ignorant people who don't know what Hip Hop is and what it’s about, that goes for people who think that s**** is actually what Hip Hop is. more

My man told me last night that a long time friend of his needed him to drive her to the hospital when she is to give birth next month. Thats completely okay with me. He said that she may ask him to be in the delivery room with her as she has nobody there (her mother won't be there, her "babys daddy" won't be there, she has no one else). I do understand that it would be scary having no one there, and they've been friends since high school (10-15 years). But I don't know how comfortable I am with having him in the delivery room for support/to hold her hand. I view the delivery room as a "special moment" between those there, and the next time he's in one is with me someday... Am I overreacting?? :S PS He said he won't voluntarily do it, but if she asks him, he will have a hard time saying no.Thanks people... I will let him should he need to. I don't want to sound like "superb!tch" lol... I don't think I'll ever feel 100% comfortable with it, but I wouldn't ever hold it against him. I'd let it go. I can understand that it would be hard and very scary for the girl. He would be doing a very brave thing. After a while, Charlie realizes in Professor Nemur’s perspective he is only a laboratory animal rather than a human being. On the other hand, another developing problem rapidly arises as Charlie discovers that Algernon, a mouse, who underwent the same operation, is struggling with an abnormal demeanor and eventually dies. Charlie begins to worry if he too will soon follow this same path. Flowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes is an admirable, inspirational, science-fiction novel about accepting mentally disabled people as human beings. Keyes creates a visualization that captures the reader’s attention. It made me feel as if I were a part of Charlie’s poignant and surreal journey. This novel certainly is one of the most sad and painful books I have ever read, a authentic tragedy that really triggered my emotions. Last night i was having a wonderful dream about water slides when suddenly i was rudely awakened by the most hideous of Arabic Techno ( i don't know how else to explain the din) I actually thought aliens were invading. It got louder and louder and louder until i could stand it no more. I got up checked the time 5AM opened the door, looked across the hallway and saw a Fudrukkers delivery man looking impatient outside my neighbours door. Obviously hadn't heard him through the noise! I bang bang banged on the door until a very red eyed man opened, i said look, i have a baby, who is now awake! Will you turn your music off! He apologised and there was silence. Me hubby and baby drifted back off to sleep, when suddenly music starts again!!!! So annoying! By this time it was time to get up and go to work feeling very tired, music and smoke was still coming out of his place past 8.30am!!! Anyhow what can i do to get revenge. Hi, I am a rebel against hygiene. When I was 6, I developed a phobia of personal hygiene. I hate the idea of soap touching my body or me going without E Coli or Salmonella for any more then a day. I have not bathed in 17 years. I do not cut my hair. I do not shave my beard. I do not clean myself. Anyway. Last week, a guy came up to me, pulled out a gun, pushed me to a wall and said "Sup. Give me your wallet or I'll give you a bullet, express delivery.". I tried to say "Ok, just please don't shoot!", but mid-sentence I accidentally breathed on him and he began gagging and coughing. After about 2 seconds, he started sawing his nose off with a knife. 5 seconds after that, he shot himself up the nose and died. When the police began to question me, I lifted my armpit and released some armpit gas. There were no survivors.
