Open Question: employment at wic, what to expect.?
Im going to apply at wic for employment, and was wondering if anyone knew what are the requirements to work there (if any) , and what i should expect. I was told by a friend that i was going to be given an exam. Can someone give me any advice? Is it hard to get employment at wic? Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. moreOpen Question: Texas out of state residency status?
I am in the process of moving to Texas, and I want to take some classes at a community college in Texas. I know Texas requires 12 months of gainful permanent residency status to include employment for 12months or proof of permanent residency. My question is, " If I want to take some classes while classified as a out of state resident, and I am willing to pay the out of state tuition, will my status be locked in as a out of state student, or will I be eligible to change my status to in state after 12months." I will be employed full time in Texas and renting an apartment. I ask this because I think some states lock students into whatever their initial residency status, and from what I understand it can be hard to change that initial residency status. I was wondering what Texas is like with changing residency status. moreOpen Question: graphic design employment opportunities?
Graphic design...? How do I get a job in this industry? I enjoy scrapbooking and designing power points, layouts for brochures, etc. What kind of job title would include those job duties? What kinds of companies would you recommend for this job? Can I go in as entry level? Like if I wanted to design brochures, window coverings, logo's, layouts, powerpoints- what kind of company should I be looking for? Could I start my own business? I am a business administrative major at a university and will graduate within a year. wouldn't mind traveling or moving... is there anywhere that these jobs are flourishing? moreOpen Question: Why NOT lower minimum wage?
Back in 2007, Congress enacted a three-stage increase in the minimum wage from $5.15 to $7.25, the last installment of which took effect just last July. This was done with the best of intentions, of course. But what it meant in practical terms was that, at the height of a savage recession, the government essentially imposed a substantial tax increase on hiring. No wonder the unemployment rate among black teenage males is at an all-time high of 57 percent. I know, I know: the actual impact of minimum wage laws on employment is a hotly debated subject. But the overall sweep of economic research supports the prediction of economic theory -- and common sense -- which is that raising the price of labor will, at the margin, reduce hiring. In a 2008 survey of decades of minimum-wage literature, economists David Neumark of the University of California, Irvine and William L. Wascher of the Federal Reserve Board confirmed that minimum wage laws do indeed reduce job opportunities for less-skilled workers and even tend to reduce their earnings. If Obama and Congress were really as serious as they say they are about reducing unemployment, they would at least be willing to discuss rolling back last July’s minimum wage increase. It would create some jobs for those who need them most, and it would not cost taxpayers a dime. Yes, those who get hired at a reduced minimum wage would have to work for less. But at least they'd be working. Why not?? moreOpen Question: What am I supposed to do after college?
So I know to get a job, that's obvious. My major problem is where, and how? I graduate in the fall of this year and so far I have not even a hint of a job prospect. As I trudge through the obvious job boards, and a few that come up through searches through various search engines for jobs, I find absolutely nothing in my area. I know the job market is poor right now, and networking is, most times, better than using job boards. Networking however is something that perplexes me; I don’t know a soul who could help me find meaningful employment that would justify the time and money I’ve spent in and at college. Most of my friends either graduated years ago and moved, others never went to or dropped out of college, and a handful never finished high school. My parents are divorced and one is deceased, the other is worse off financially than I am at this point. Nor does the living parent have connections. He had enough trouble getting a job for himself, and its not a position that would grant him access to people in the industry I am going into (honestly it wouldn’t even grant him access to people who would be willing to consider him even an acquaintance being that it is a job in construction and he is not the contractor so he’s the nameless, faceless labor that does the work). I have siblings, my younger brother graduated about a year ago and couldn’t find work where he lives, in the field he studied, so now he works nightshift at the county jailhouse (lets see that create a valuable network), my sister teaches (young kids, maybe their parents, but I cant expect her to plug me at the parent/teacher conferences that’s just unprofessional). Either way I’m stuck without a network (my current job is also in construction and puts me in the same place as my father). Now I know all the typical answers to my problem, volunteer, internship, blah, blah, blah, and I don’t want to hear them. I have no experience in anything that would be remotely applicable to my field of study as far as work is concerned. I can't however volunteer as that doesn’t pay, and yes I do care about money because guess what I’m not a rich ass spoiled gen-Y kid who can live with his parents till 30. Actually I’m almost 30 and have an apartment, and went back to school so I didn't have to work as a laborer for the rest of my life, but it looks like I’m going to end up that way despite education. So yeah screw charity I need to be paid, and enough to make rent, insurance, health insurance, gas, car repairs, student loan payments, food, utilities, cell, internet, cable, and anything else you can think of. Of course I’m willing to make some cuts here and there to reduce expenses if that’s what it takes but the cheapest places in this damn town are right at $500/mo. and they aren’t the greatest. I’m estimating my loan payments to be ~$650 unless I go for income sensitive options. Internships are impossible as they must pay, and must exist. There are no companies here, in the computer science/programming field, that are big enough and willing to offer paid internships to night school students. They'd rather the free labor from places like MIT, our big state school, or the other private colleges here. I need to work full time right now while in school and I do and have been. After I graduate I just don’t want to waste time in construction anymore, because well I didn’t go to school to be a laborer and construction labor doesn’t provide any transferable skills to a career in programming. So to stay in construction would be fruitless, meaningless, and I would feel strongly that I have failed and completely wasted the past few years, and that college was absolutely pointless. I can’t move to a location with better prospects either, mainly because I feel I can't compete with grads from better computer science schools (they have the time, money, education, and internship experience to completely trump anything I could even imagine including in my resume). Not to mention the shear number of competing grads looking for jobs at the same level as I am. Oh and moving is expensive, as I would either need to live where I am and interview until I land a job then move (I would need money I don’t have to pay for plane tickets to those interviews), or just pack up and move and hope to hell I have enough money to survive until I find sufficient employment to pay living expenses in places like NY, Cali, and Silicon Valley (highly unlikely, I barely have enough to last 1 month unemployed in my current city). Maybe look in cities within driving range but I’m not sure how well that would pan out either? So as I asked before, what am I supposed to do? I have no network, time, money, and experience, everything I see as necessary to find employment. Maybe I could go farther into debt and attempt to get into grad school, if only to at least put off the inevitable loan payments for a few more years? Stay in a dead end labor job until some retarded company is willing moreOpen Question: How do you get promoted at Costco?
I was recently hired at Costco as a Front End Assistant. Today was my first day of orientation. They called me after wondering if I would be willing to do Deli instead and of course I said yes. In my interview, they were very impressed with my employment history and answers. One of the ladies said, "If it were up to me, I'd make you a Floor Manager right now". However, they only promote from within so I have to start on the low end and work my way up. So my question is, How do you get promoted? In orientation they talked about how seniority is important in making that decision and on the other hand, the people I talked to at the store made me feel like I had a good chance at working my way up fast. I feel like I am well qualified to become a manager and I don't want to have to wait to get promoted. Have any of you been promoted at Costco? How did it happen for you? moreOpen Question: Does anyone have any advice for 6th Form options (UK) (a few questions)?
So, I'm in Year 11 and I'm picking my 6th Form options for September. If I go to this 6th Form then I've decided on definitely doing Psychology, English Literature and Sociology. I was thinking about a career in forensic psychology (I want a future career in psychology at the moment and it's just an idea to plan ahead a bit - not any serious thoughts). To do this I need to study Biology at A/AS Level. We were all given the choice to do Double Science (6 lessons a week and a lot of exams) at Year 9 for Year 10 and I didn't choose it as an option (the people who did are all at an advantage but we were told that it was equivalent), so I've been doing Science BTEC (3 lessons a week and no exams) instead. I need a distinction at the least in the course to do Biology but I've only got a merit and it's impossible to get my grade any higher as it's near the end of the school year and the coursework is getting sent off soon. So here's the story lol, I spoke to the Head of Science and he said that there are some people in the same position and I can do an extra year of Science in Year 12 and sit the exams next year. If I complete the exam at an A - A* then I can start A Level Biology in Year 13 while I do my AS Levels in my other subjects and then do an extra year after everyone else has left. However, there are only about 35 employment places available to pursue a career in Forensics and there are only vacancies if someone decides to retire or leaves (which is rare). Forensics is also a really popular occupation choice so it's really competitive and people will jump at the chance to do it. For every 100 people wanting to do it only about 3 or 4 succeed so they advised me to only pursue Science if I'm excellent at it but I don't think I'm good enough really. Do you think it's really worth doing if it isn't likely to get me anywhere in forensics? Or do you think I should do it anyway because it's a good qualification have anyway? I've applied for Applied Science BTEC with the other subjects because I thought it would contribute towards Psychology and suited the other subjects, but it isn't anywhere near as good as having Biology at A/AS Level so it's kind of pointless to do. Also, for Applied Science 2 years equals one A Level, unlike most other subjects where two years is an AS Level. That means that as I need to complete two years for a qualification, I can't drop it after a year so I'll have to drop one of my other subjects at the end of Year 12 (which I don't really want to do for this subject). So do you think I should do Applied Science? If no, do you think I should just leave doing another subject, stick with the other three and just do another year of Science, or do you think that I should just not bother with Science at all, choose another subject and drop it at the end of Year 12? What do you think? moreOpen Question: Universities? Not sure what to do?
I'm doing my AS levels now and we had to go to a university fair on monday which has made me start to think a bit more. I'm currently doing English Language, Sociology, Media Studies and Art. I was thinking of going down an arty route and doing photography but i'm going off the idea now. I'm good at academic subjects and got A's and A*s for every subject at GCSE and i feel like photography is sort of risky as it is so competitive and also like i might be wasting my potential. I don't really like one particular subject and i'm not really best at one so it's quite hard to narrow things down. But, after looking at prospectuses i've been considering maybe Law/Criminology/English/Communications/Sociology/Psychology. Probably a combination of law with something. I'm not sure if this is a bit risky though? Our school doesn't do law so I haven't had any experience in it, it sounds interesting though but i'm just worried about not liking it as I've never actually done it (i worry a lot.) I don't know if this will put me at a disadvantage to others that have done law? Also I think psychology sounds really interesting and after getting a course finder back it came up and was also mentioned to be good for employment. I haven't done psychology either though so i'm worried that i'd be at a disadvantage to others that have? In most of the prospectuses i've looked at, an a level in psychology is not necessary, but i know that a lot of schools do it anyway. It's not possible for me to do it next year, so i wont be able to get any qualification in it before. I don't know what I want to be in the future yet so all of this stuff is quite daunting. Has anyone done any of these subjects? How much experience do you need in them before? etc. After looking at the prospectuses Warwick is one which stands out to me, also Nottingham maybe. moreOpen Question: Trying to get a job on ohau, i am still filling out app. online. My last place of employment was a beauty counter manager selling makeup cosmetics and doing makeup. I am currently at ashford university online and will finish associates this year in business. Then B.A., then I am going to apply for a masters in business in a local university. PLEASE HELP!!!! WHO WILL HIRE ME I NEED MONEY! moreOpen Question: Why am I automatically deemed the evil stepmom?
Let me start out by saying I adore my 6 yr old stepdaughter. I’ve been in her life since she was a baby and I do love her very much, just as I do my own child. My husband and his ex just had a chat and apparently her mother wants to send my stepdaughter here for the school break which is in 2 weeks. Her mother has no job, has no income, and isn’t seeking employment. So for her to stay home with my stepdaughter the whole week doesn’t phase her because she doesn’t miss work and doesn’t have to pay for daycare during the week school is closed. (This visit with my stepdaughter would be an additional visit, not part of their parenting plan) The only downside to all of this is that everything comes down on me in regards to taking care of the kids. My husband works full time as do I. For our son, I already do drop offs and pick ups at daycare due to my husband’s schedule. And he’s not all that great at helping me out in the mornings to get our son ready for school. So I fear that if/when my stepdaughter comes, it’ll be a challenge for me because I’ll now have 2 kids to get ready in the morning as well as drop 2 kids off at 2 different daycares. (And pick them up too) Nevermind that we’ll be paying daycare for both kids (no her mother won’t give us the money or split it because again, she has no income) I tried to talk to my husband about this and he blew me off. He said it meant I didn’t want her to come see us. Which is absolutely untrue. All I wanted was for him to sit down with me, lay out the facts, so we can PLAN TOGETHER about what’s to come in the next week or two. I can’t win no matter what I do. I’m just trying to get him to see that this is a no-brainer for him because nothing changes for him. He gets up 5 minutes before work and heads out the door. But for me, a lot will change and it’ll really all come down on me….unless he were to help out. (Which sadly, I don’t see that happening) I want my stepdaughter here, but I have no intention on doing this alone and I’m pretty sure that’s what’s going to happen. My son also wants his big sister here and I’d like to make that happen. I just don’t feel it should be my sole responsibility…. So is that the case? I’m the evil stepmom no matter what? Am I in the wrong for wanting to have a plan and have him just kind of figure out how we’ll make this work?P.S. We live 5 hrs away so we’d also have to factor in driving down and back twice to pick her up and drop her off. Because her mother won't help with that half of things either....suspended license and no car.LOL. I said that it wasn’t part of the regular parenting plan usually that’s the first question people have. Is this a normal visit or is it additional? Meaning unplanned per a court order. My husband doesn’t have to ask me permission to see his daughter….he has to ask her mother to see their daughter. If he expects me to be involved as much as he currently does (with planning daycare pick ups and drop offs and making arrangements) then I’d say it’s common courtesy to give me the facts so WE can plan together. And I didn’t plan on being with a man with a child. We were engaged and then this woman came about and said she had his child from a few years ago. And for me to leave a relationship because an innocent child exists….well THAT screams evil bytch if you ask me.I’ve accepted that her mother is who she is. Only she can change herself. I already do a lot for my stepdaughter…not because I have to, because I love her and want what’s best for her. I am partially guilted into this whole thing BECAUSE I love her and want her here myself. But it doesn’t change the fact that my husband should take on some responsibility and stop leaving it all on me. But still….it’s just a matter of respect. If he wants me to help out, then he’s gotta give a little to get a little. moreOpen Question: Why do I stay married to a cheater?
My wife and I are in our early 30's and have been married for 7 years and have two wonderful children ages 2 and 3. Chirstmas night I found out she had cheated on me 5 times with a 20 year old college kid whom she met while at her previous employment. We both were responsible for what happened in that she cheated and that I was not always there for her emotionally and not always the best father. We have started to work our issues out and things have progressed well. What disturbs me is that she insists on keeping him as a text buddy. I have seen the messages and they are mostly stupid conversations. she claims he was a good friend before she made the mistake of getting to close to him. She admits he never cared for her and only was in it for sex even though she says she was only in it was for companionship and had to give in to keep him there. I have confronted her on this subject many times but she is insistant that he is only a text friend in that she only texts him once every other day. I do keep tabs on her when she is at work and she does not go anywhere without me now. I noticed for the last 2 weeks in the billing records online that she had not contacted him for over a week. I thought finally she put an end to it for me. Last night I found out this was not true as I saw texts from him explaining how his phone got destroyed and he just got a new one. To summarize the texts between them he said he wanted to see where she now worked and her texting back to him on how she works every Saturday night and for him to come see her this Saturday. This to me is over the top! First of all how dare she still text him secondly how dare she want him to see her in her store in person. I had never contacted him before and I know his type who would run if I threatened him so I sent a text to him last night telling him to back off or pay with his life. I dont know if this will work but I am pretty sure it will. This will get the texts to stop but do I still want her? For her to put me through this crap I feel I will cheat on her or divorce her sooner or later. But what about the kids I do not want to damage them I have no idea what to do and am an emotional mess right now. moreOpen Question: reclaiming PAYE without P45?
How can I reclaim PAYE? This is my situation. My earnings for the tax year (09/10) is less than £6475 so I shouldn't be paying any PAYE. I was registered with a temping agency. The agency found me work for July 09 for 3 weeks. They gave me a P45 when I left that job. I signed on at the jobcentre for NI contributions based job seekers allowance in Sept 09 (not earning anything in the meanwhile). The job centre however did not ask for my P45. The agency found me a job for 3 days so I had to sign off. The job centre did issue me with a P45 but it didn't have the total earnings to date on it or the total tax to date. The agency didn't issue me with a P45 from my second job. I signed on again after I had finished from my second job in Nov 09 and continued to do until Feb 10 where the agency found me a job again. The job centre has again issued me with a P45 with the benefits paid in the period but without the total earnings or total tax paid to date. I have since handed in all 3 P45's to the agency (I do have the employee copies). I am due to leave my current employment 26th March. The agency will probably won't give me a P45 since they do not know how much tax/earning paid to date. Is there any other way I could claimed back PAYE without a P45? What can I do? moreResolved Question: Getting a mathmatics/computer science Masters Degree?
I am going to graduate soon from my junior college in one year or less. Then transfer over to the University of Washington. Masters degree is the goal with some interest in a PhD; Possible a Double Masters down the road in Math & Computer Science. Now on to the question, I would like to know if this educational level will get me to where I want to be financially. What type of employment has been open to graduates with one or both of these degrees? A little about myself: I spent 6 years in sells previously so I like People and Money. I love video games and find myself asking how things work, what did they do to get this engine to do this or that? I find math very challenging and enjoy working the equations. I recently took the compass test and can move calculus now through my own self determination and work. I was in the last algebra before going to pre calculus. I would expect to start off with 70K-80K year, with the potential of 100K or more in 4-5 years time. PS. I have my transfer to the 4year University well planned out so far. I should have most of my Junior year credited when I move over. So im thinking 1.5 years at the University for undergraduates degree tops. moreOpen Question: I lied on my resume for a job i just started and now may get caught..?
So yes I did, I lied. My job history is sporatic at best. I'm not proud of it and I am trying to start my life over and be more responsible and productive as a person. But I was having the hardest time finding work after being laid off. I got desperate and made up my last job and although I have done all the kind of work listed, I made up company info and employment dates. Dumb move I know so please don't preach to me. I had to find a way to pay bills. I'm on my own and got so desperate. The second I changed info calls started coming in. I got two offers in one day and one said they would do a criminal check and one wasn't gonna do any kind of a check. I don't have a criminal history at all so I wasn't concerned about that. I did take the job that was gonna do the criminal history. its through an employment agency and I started the job but didn't fill out the form to do the check till I started. So they didn't make me wait till that came back before I started. Now I'm concerned that they make look into more than my criminal history. And I have already started the job which will make it even more humiliating if I get fired onsite. At least if they checked my history out first before I started and caught me they just wouldn't give me the job but we are past that now. So I'm just looking for advice on how to deal and prepare if they catch me. My conscience is killing me and I'm tempted to just quit but my friend told me not to cause I may not get caught. And not to quit for no reason. But I just want to spare myself the embarrassment. Help! The check may take a few days to come back. And if its a standard backround it will show past employers moreOpen Question: Does anyone know about cleaning contractor laws?
I work for a cleaning company that has a contract for cleaning different businesses. They have a head office in one location, but most of their employees are stationed in various places as cleaning staff. My hours of work are 6-8 am Monday - Friday and I make £6.50/hour. The managing director of this cleaning business is very rude and upset the manager for the business site where I actually clean. That manager has decided not to renew the contract for the company that I work for as he no longer wants to deal with our managing director. I have been told (by my current managing director and the site manager) that whoever the new company is that gets the contract must take me on as their employee with same wages, same hours, etc. I disagree and do not believe this. That would mean I would have to resign from the company that has lost the contract and apply for a job and get hired by whomever the new company is and have them agree to my current employment conditions. The manager at the business also refuses to tell me who this new company is that he has chosen to take the contract on. I am afraid I will be out of this job soon. can anyone tell me what the laws are on this type of situation? moreOpen Question: Does anyone know about cleaning contracter employment laws?

I currently work as a security guard for two different companies. But I want to quit one of them, and work for another security company. I was told that security companies don't want their employees to work for another security company at the same time. I'm not sure if that's true. But just to be in the safe side, would it be OK if I don't mention one of my security employment history on my resume? Do you think they will be able to find out my work employment history even if I don't mention it on my resume? Would credit check or background check show them my employment history? Thanks for your help! Peace! moreOpen Question: Fired for "Insubordination" Without Documentation/Warnings?
I was dismissed for insubordination yesterday from the owner of the store that I work for, The dismissal came as a total shock. I've been an employee for almost 3 years, have had 2 different Managers, several different co-workers and have NEVER had a problem with ANY of them, just the owner. I was removed from the schedule for the previous 2 weeks because I gave her a letter regarding her behavior (she's been picking me apart ever since I was hired for things that other employees are guilty of as well). Not once have I ever been written up. There is no documentation regarding my behavior or my supposed "insubordination". There is no policy on termination procedure or "unacceptable behavior for dismissal" at all. I've read through the Employee Handbook front to back. While I was off the schedule for 2 weeks (Labor Board classifies it as "temporary lay off") another employee was hired. I went in to work (the owner was unaware) yesterday to speak with her. She didn't want me working until we could speak. It started out as en explaination of why I wrote the letter for her and turned into an all - out brawl. Instead of discussing things in the privacy of our back stock room, she chose to take me into the hallway, in public, and display her "power" infront of everyone. I was dismissed with others around to hear it and it was EMBARASSING. My Manager sat in on the conversation and is the witness to some of the things that she has said. I make top sales, there is record in the books, in pen and paper, and she flat out told me "You can't sell" She also made the claim after I clarified that write ups take place after a verbal warning and need to be signed by myself (and I've obtained a copy of the write up sheets for my personal records) and she said "If I want to write you up, I will. I can do whatever I want. I own this company." Do I have grounds for wrongful dismissal? If there's no documentation of my "insubordination" and I was dismissed for something that all other employees are guilty of (and have admitted to)? While Americans Are Murdered in Mexico, Obama Works on Amnesty! By John Lillpop Although no one in the Obama Administration seems to give a damn, the nation of Mexico continues to decay further and further into anarchy, a tragedy which recently resulted in the murder of innocent Americans affiliated with the U.S. Consulate in this god-forsaken, third-world, failed state. As murder and mayhem rage out of control in Mexico, the likelihood that the carnage will spill over onto America soil increases with each passing day. In fact, incursions across the US border by Mexican military forces have already been reported and are a chilling reminder of why our borders must be secured and fortified militarily. And what are the president of the United States and the US Congress doing while Mexico wages war on our sovereign state? Incredibly enough, our dithering president and his Democrat colleagues in Congress are too busy working on plans to grant amnesty to the 20 million or so invading criminals from Mexico and points south, to concern themselves with defending the homeland. Moreover, misguided yokels like Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano prefer to think of illegal aliens as "newly arrived refuges" rather than criminals who have deliberately violated US borders and immigration laws. In their mindless mania to grow the Democrat Party at any cost, Obama and the Democrats have overlooked a vital fact about illegal aliens currently in America: Namely, should hostilities break out between the US and Mexico over Mexico's inability to control its drug crimes, the loyalties of most illegal aliens will be with Mexico. The notion that Mexican peasants come to America in pursuit of liberty and freedom and to join the American "family" is too ludicrous to stand. Mexicans come to America illegally because our politicians are stupid enough to reward them with free health care, education, employment, food, housing, and, in the most extreme cases, protection from federal immigration authorities. Most invaders have little or no interest in American values, or in "assimilating" into mainstream America, a fact borne out by their universal refusal to learn English. Granting amnesty to illegal aliens will only serve to encourage another 40 million or so to violate our borders and laws. If our president and Congress had any commitment whatsoever to the preservation of American culture and to protecting the American people from harm, the administration would be working to deport invading interlopers back to Mexico. In addition, the Obama administration should seal off the Mexican border with armed forces to protect American interests against drug lords and the corrupt Mexican government. Do it for the children, Mr. President! Mexico Gunmen Kill American Consulate Staff "CIUDAD JUAREZ, Mexico (Reuters) - Gunmen in the drug war-plagued Mexican city of Ciudad Juarez killed two Americans and a Mexican linked to the local U.S. consulate, an attack U.S. President Barack Obama said "outraged" him. "An American woman working at the consulate in Ciudad Juarez, just over the border from El Paso, Texas, and her U.S. husband were fatally shot by suspected drug gang hit men in broad daylight on Saturday as they left a consulate social event, U.S. and Mexican officials told Reuters. "A Mexican man married to another consulate employee was killed around the same time in another part of the city after he and his wife left the same event, a U.S. official said. "The U.S. official, who asked not to be identified, said it was not clear if the victims had been specifically targeted, and the motive for the attacks was unknown. "Bloodshed has exploded in recent months in Ciudad Juarez as the head of the Juarez cartel, Vicente Carrillo Fuentes, fights off a bloody offensive by Mexico's No. 1 fugitive drug lord, Joaquin "Shorty" Guzman, at the worst hotspot of Mexico's three-year-old drug war. "The president is deeply saddened and outraged by the news," said White House National Security Council spokesman Mike Hammer. He said Obama 'shares in the outrage of the Mexican people at the murders of thousands in Ciudad Juarez and elsewhere in Mexico.' "The U.S. State Department updated its warning on travel to Mexico to say it had authorized the departure of dependents of U.S. government personnel from consulates in Ciudad Juarez and five other northern border cities." "Nearly 19,000 people have been killed since President Felipe Calderon came to power in Mexico in late 2006 and launched a military assault on the country's powerful drug cartels, sparking a urge in violence that has alarmed Washington, foreign investors and tourists." Mexican Helicopter over Texas "BROWNSVILLE - The Zapata County sheriff Thursday was questioning why a Mexican military helicopter was hovering over homes on the Texas side of the Rio Grande. "It was one of the more jarring incidents of the fourth week of border tensions sparked by drug killinkillings - and rumors of drug killings - in the Mexican state of Tamaulipas. "Sheriff Sigifredo Gonzalez said he'd reviewed photos of the chopper flown by armed personnel Tuesday over a residential area known as Falcon Heights-Falcon Village near the binational Falcon Lake, just south of the Starr-Zapata county line. He said the helicopter appeared to have the insignia of the Mexican navy. "It's always been said that the Mexican military does in fact ... that there have been incursions," Gonzalez said. "But this is not New Mexico or Arizona. Here we've got a river, there's a boundary line. And then of course having Falcon Lake, Falcon Dam, it's a lot wider. It's not just a trickle of a river, it's an actual dam. You know where the boundary's at." "The sighting came amid ongoing fighting between the Gulf Cartel and its former enforcers, Los Zetas. The mounting death toll and crisis of fear in cities opposite the Texas border have drawn global attention, as has a news blackout in moreOpen Question: What should I put in the "Objective" section of a resume if I am currently employed, but keeping my eyes open?
I graduated college in 2009 and I have been working full time since as I found a job after graduation. Since the economy wasn't the best when I was hired (and still isn't great) I am under paid. I can't complain about employment, but I know I deserve more. Keep in mind that I am in an in-demand field: environmental engineering working on renewable energy projects. One major side note – I am up for salary renegotiation at my 1 year mark at the company I am with, and a big part of me wanting to contact other companies is because I want to know my options, and if other companies are interested I want to look in demand during the renegotiation. I hate sounding greedy, but I would take an offer if it paid substantially better (wouldn’t you?). So - I would like to send my updated resume to companies I have spoken with and interviewed with when I was job searching and while still in college. I have a list of contacts at other companies, so I will be emailing specific people as opposed to a general email. But I don’t know how to approach my Objective. I am satisfied with the company I’m currently working, but I want to just see what else is out there. Does anyone have any advice on how to approach this topic without sounding like an ass, or arrogant, or disgruntled, etc? moreOpen Question: Does volunteer work count as employment experience?
I began volunteering at my local hospital in October and have applied at least 30 times in the past three months for several different positions, but no one's called me. Then I went back over the online application and "Experiences" is a required field that if isn't completed, the application will not be considered. Well, the only experience I have is my volunteer work at this same hospital. I even gave the name of my supervisor and her work number, thinking surely since I volunteer at this very hospital and my supervisor is very well known, I will at least be considered, but still, no one's called me. Do you think the volunteer work isn't enough? It's just strange because every open position has details of what it is they're looking for in an employee.. some of them simply state HS diploma or GED preferred, and that's it. But other positions will specify how many years work experience and/or what degrees are required. moreOpen Question: Question concerning employment.?
I'm a fourteen-year-old girl and I work at a swimming pool. Since I had the appropriate qualifications, I was able to get a job as a water assistant where the highest qualification that needs to be met is Bronze Cross. Lately, though, there were some concerns on my mind and I was a bit upset. First of all, since I never had any employment experience, I felt unfamiliar with talking to people who were ten to twenty years older than I was. The boss is strict, and I always try not to mess up. On the previous Sunday, two of my coworkers got angry with me for doing certain things, and claimed that I "should know" what to do by now. I know that as someone gets employed, they need to take more responsibility for the things they do - because that's why someone gets a job in the first place. I feel like I'm slow and coworkers think low of me. I try my hardest, but end up getting yelled at some more. It's not an angry kind of thing - it's more like, people are started to "expect" more from me and are getting slightly ticked off whenever I do something wrong. How do I try to get better what I'm doing so that my coworkers will stop yelling at me? Or, any other related advice? I've been thinking about it for a while now. Thanks. moreOpen Question: Can you see if I did these right? I have to turn this in tonight 3/16/10...Thank You?

I am currently in the process of taking my CPA and also to a new employment where my Accounting superior is not a CPA (in the private industry). I definitely plan to stay here for some years (maybe at least 4/5) but I am worried that if I pass my CPA now and don't get the required experience until after I get to another job w/ a CPA senior that the CalBoard of Accountancy will forfeit my passing of CPA. Is there a time frame where CPA candidates should get their CPA experience to be able to get licensed? Thanks a lot. moreOpen Question: Will my new employee check my previous references?
In 2008 I was sacked for gross miscondunt from a leading high street bank in the UK. Regrattably I was going through a bad time in my personal life and this reflected in my work at that stage of my life. My misconduct charge was not related to drug/alcohol more of a documentation error which lead me getting into trouble. As I say I do not deny the charge and admit that I was wrong. Due to the UK credit crunch and lack of confidence I ended up work from march 2009 to Feb 2010 in a retail warehouse. I have now found a great job back in my banking enviroment, I passed all interview stages and started employment in Feb. I'm now petrified that my past may comeback to haunt me if they check my previous bank. The other uk bank I worked at before would give me a great reference and the warehouse I worked at also would, it's only the bank that I had my misconduct charge against that could state anything negative about me. On my referee sheet for my new employee I have given correct contact details despite the bank I had trouble with. I have put an old office address and a friends name/contact number. As I have and currently only ever worked for large organisations I presume this will be dealt with HR to HR department? Any advice on how they will contact my previous employees, if they will at all? Do I have anything to worry about? Should I come clean or just keep quiet would be much appreciated, particually from HR people or people with past experience. I live in Europe (US citizen) but need to go back to take care of a very sick family member. Since I'll be on leave from my job here, I need something to support myself while there. Problem is that I have no idea how long I'll be there, it depends on what happens. It could be a month, or a few months, or more. Population there is 50K, with no other cities nearby. I've looked at the local paper and employment agencies online, and literally found 10 jobs total (and no short term jobs with a temp agency). Is the situation in the US this bad right now, or should it be easier once I'm there? I have no US references, no US credit, etc. I've lived almost all of my adult life in Europe, and have great references here. With the time difference though, it won't be easy to contact them. Will this be a problem? How bad would it be not to mention that I'm unsure how long I'll be staying, if I can't find anything with an agency? What's the usual notice you have to give? moreOpen Question: Reneging an accepted job offer?
I'm in a bit of a predicament (although I consider it to be a "good problem" considering the job market now). About two weeks ago I received an offer letter from Company A. While I was still interviewing with Company A, I also started interviewing with Company B. Company B is the job I really want (better salary, better benefits, better perks, etc.) After nearly three months of interviewing, Company A finally made me a written offer two weeks ago and gave me 1 week to accept. Since I had no other written offer in hand after the 1 week, I accepted their offer but have not begun working there yet. During the time that I ended the interviewing process at Company A, I began interviewing at Company B. This morning I wake up and find that Company B has made me a written offer. Keep in mind Company B has a higher salary, better benefits, and would be a better job for me to take overall. I know that it is bad to accept a job offer only to turn around a week later and renege. I know this is likely going to make Company A a bit upset. But I feel like I have to look out for myself. Had the offer from Company B been the same as Company A's offer, than I would have taken Company A's offer, but Company B's offer is substantially better. My question is: What is the best way to renege the acceptance of the job offer? Should I explain in detail to the hiring manager and HR person at company A why I have chosen to renege? Or should I simply say something to the effect of "due to recent changes, I will be unable to start employment with Company A at this time" Thanks moreOpen Question: Who is really being harassed in this situation?
About a month ago I got my best friends boyfriend a job at my work. I'm his supervisor. We ended up not talking anymore over something dumb that happened outside of work about a week into his employment. On his first day, he was hitting on another male coworker and after he left, the guy he was hitting on asked me some questions about him. All I told him was that he had a boyfriend already and that he should watch out because he was probably trying to get him to go to bed or something, which was what he was asking him when he was hitting on him. So now the guy who I haven't talked to in almost a month is saying I outed his sexual preference to everyone at work, telling all the other employees not to trust me, that I talk shit about everyone, that he's gonna get me fired for harassment, that I tell everyone about his sexual encounters, and that he's gonna beat me up in the parking lot. But he's saying that I'm harassing him. I wrote a blog on my private blog [that he somehow got into] about this situation and how frustrated I am with it and he's threatening to tell my bosses about that too. Two days ago he sent me text messages saying that he wants me to go to his house to have a talk with him or else he's going to go to my bosses and "tell them everything". I know I haven't done anything wrong, but he knows things that I do outside of work and I think he's trying to use that against me. I know for a fact that I never told anyone about his gayness. He told everyone that on his own. I don't talk about his sexual exploits because I dont care. He isn't that important. He told the guy he was hitting on about his threesomes and all that stuff and somehow he twisted it into saying that I told everyone. I've told my bosses and they said they will take care of it, but nothing is really being done. What should I do? We don't have a HR at my work, so I really have no idea where else to go to. moreOpen Question: Is Nav Bharat Times a Hindi language newspaper?
I mean those who read it regularly don't notice that how day by day they are corrupting the Hindi language and yet they are allowed to publish this so-called Hindi newspaper by the govt. as Hindi language paper. Sometimes I think that they are getting money from their white skinned masters to ruin and corrupt the language. Actually this paper has undeclared policy of adding more and more English words deliberately in the Hindi language so that someday people who are reading it regualrly think "Oh Hindi is so much like English so lets completely switch over to English language". And if you, its readers, are noticing, from the last couple of weeks they are continuously and deliberately publishing editorials to prove that Hindi is an inferior language. They even conducted an internal survey about how many of its staff members' children are in English medium schools and reported with Pride that none of them is in Hindi schools. If they are a Hindi newspaper then why do they say such things to corrupt the language? While other Hindi newspapers suggest ways about popularising Hindi language this paper says Hindi deserves to be extinct. Why are they doing so? Are they getting money from somewhere or their mentality has become so slave that they write such things? And as for their point only the language which provides employment becomes language of education. Otherwise people are more drawn to the language they speak at homes. If not then what explains the unprecedented success of Aaj Tak and Dainik Jagran and Dainik Bhaskar. I want to ask will they take the lead to make it mandatory to have knowledge of only Hindi to work in their so-called Hindi paper? Why can't they afterall they are a Hindi newspaper and what else is required to work in a Hindi language paper. About three years ago I met an American. He was in India for some research. NBT staff will be very surprised to know that he knew good Hindi and after interacting with him for about half an hour I am pretty sure that his Hindi was far better than 99% of NBT staff or may be even 100%. He even signed a register in Hindi and also made all other entries in Hindi. And believe me it is the least the govt can do. So I want the govt to make a rule regarding what percentage of foreign language words can be used in Hindi language editions if we want to save our languages and nation. Otherwise don't expect that India will ever be a superpower because a country with such slave mentality people can't be superpower. moreOpen Question: Employment law - help required please?
We have a vehicle at work which I feel is unsafe for me to drive it is a small electric vehicle 2m x 1m x 3m and is restricted to 10mph (less fully laden). I feel that for my own health and safety and that of my colleagues that the vehicle is unsafe to use. I submitted a letter to my manager last weel outlining my concerns and stated that I will no longer drive the vehicle. I received a letter back telling me that I could face disciplinary action if I didn't. Nowhere in my contract does or job description does it say that I need a driving licence in fact a colleague who was recruitf under the same terms does not have a licence. My manager is telling me that the vehicle is safe to use because it meets the criteria for road use and is regularly serviced by the manufacurer however he has conderably less driving experience in the vehicle. I have contacted healti and safety to say that I am being forcf to drive a vehicle I feel unsafe in. What do I do any advice would be gratefully received. I visited a hospital a few years ago with a Broken Ankle I substained by falling over. They did not X-ray my ankle, they just slapped a cast on, gave me a dirty second hand cast shoe that one side was completely warn away from and told me to come back in a month. when I returned they took the cast off and dispite my complaints that my ankle still was causing me considerable pain to put any weight on it they said it was fine and sent me away. within 1 week of this I returned to the hospital and complained further that my ankle was still causing me great pain and didnt feel like it had heeled. Again they refused to look at my ankle stating they had already fixed it. I visited my GP over ten times complaining that my ankle was not right, he sent me for over 5 X-rays and said everyone was fine which I could not beleive? I have now moved to another GP and within one minute of looking at my ankle he Instantly sent me to an orthapeadic triage who confirmed my ankle had NEVER been fixed! Subsequently I had been forced to walk on a broken ankle for years as every complaint I made was ignored. This caused my Fibula which was in 2 seperate parts to grind together with every single step I took over these years which wore away my Fibula, as well as constantly clicking to either side of the seperate broken bone, which ment I have now had to have Re-constructive surgery on my ankle as the bone had wore away and my foot was slanted they had to take bone out of my hip to replace the gap and then put steel rods through my ankle as it had been badly damaged buy me being forced to walk on it. (I have since been informed that allthough the appointments of my X-rays are on record, NOT ONE of them can be found????? ) I have it IN WRITING from my current hospital that I will now suffer from this problem for the rest of my life and can expect further ailments due to this problem. I was in Full-Time Employment as a foreman at the time of the break and have not been able to even wear shoes since. anything other than backles trainers will not go on my foot due to the mishape of my ankle. So what are the chances of finding a job in the skill type 0, A or B category for the purpose of permanent residence? Will it depend on prior work experience, what you studied, what uni you went to or any other factors? Will Canadian employers be more willing to hire a foreign worker if he/she has recently graduated from a Canadian university with a master degree? moreOpen Question: How to count experience for applying live in caregiver in Canada?
Hi, I would like to be a live in caregiver in Canada. I got two years child care experience with the same host family from September 2005 to September 2007. In the http://www.cic.gc.ca/EnGLish/work/caregiver/apply-who.asp said "To claim work experience, you need to have worked for one year, including at least six months of continuous employment for the same employer in a field or occupation similar to what you will do as a live-in caregiver. This experience must have been within the three years immediately before the day on which you make an application for a work permit as a caregiver." In my opinion, I would be able to submit the application within three years after September, 2007. Which means I should submit the application before September, 2010. (1st year:Sep 2007 - Sep 2008, 2nd year:Sep 2008 -2009, 3rd year: Sep 2009 - Sep 2010) But someone told me, I could not apply, because my experience was expired. This is how she counted - 1st year:Sep 2006- Sep 2007, 2nd year:Sep 2007 - Sep 2008, 3rd year:Sep 2008 - Sep 2009. I hope you won't get confused. So my question is How to count experience for applying live in caregiver in Canada? I count the year after my child care experience as the first year, but she included my working year as the first year. The website said "This experience must have been within the three years immediately before the day on which you make an application for a work permit as a caregiver." Please help me clarify this. Thank you in advance. moreVoting Question: Best work at home job for single mom?
I am a single mom who has a full time job working as an educator. ALthough the pay is good I am not able to get ahead and need a second employment to try to save money so I can try to buy a house. I am looking for a job that will not take me away from my children since I already work during the day. Something I could do over the internet or even with mykids would be great. Also, I live in montreal, so some suggestions might not be good for me if they are not available here. I would like to hear from other people who have actually made money from what they are about to suggest..there are a lot of scams out there and I dont want to waste time on something that isnt real...I also wanted to add that I am very creative and like to do pottery, mosiacs and different art forms... moreVoting Question: How do I tell the boss he is annoying?
I work for a small company. When we started up, we all knew each other from a previous employment and all got along really well, but things have changed. None of us are happy going to the office anymore, because of the boss. He wants to be a good boss and says he wants to help, but he is a very bad manager. I think he is relying on me to guide him, but I don’t know how to tell him that everyone thinks he is an annoying idiot. Below are 10 reasons we all find him hard to get along with. 1. He is very pedantic about everything we all do, even if it means that our work will take 3 times longer to complete. 2. He is very vocal about mistakes that people make, (which occurs regularly given the extent of detail he expects us to deal with), yet he makes the same mistakes but doesn’t like to admit it. 3. When anyone tries to have a conversation with him, he will constantly interrupt and talk over us, he has a loud, deep voice which is difficult to contend with. My response to this is to just shut up, listen to him, nod and walk away. I can’t be bothered with the competition. 4. He talks very loudly on the phone. He goes out of his way to pace up and down my office while on the phone. There is no need for this, his office is twice the size and the conversations have nothing to do with me, or anything in my office. 5.He interferes in everyone’s work. Someone can spend hours working on something, then he will appear, mess about with it , then walk away, leaving them to start all over again. 6.He goes out of his way to look at what is on our computer screens, with the exclusion of his bestest friend (with the highest salary), who can spend 50% of his working day playing computer games. We have all seen it, yet the boss claims to have never noticed. 7.He bitches to me about all of his staff, including bestest friend, to which I respond with, “if you have a problem with them, then take it up with them”. 8.He takes some of my work off me, in the attempt to help, but then he does it wrong, leaving me spending more time to sort it out than it would to have done it in the first place. I have told him I can do it myself and that he makes mistakes, but he still insists. I have even given him a set of instructions which he chooses to ignore. 9.He expects his staff to work long hours and weekends with no extra pay, time in lieu or even a thank you. 10.We only ever hear negative feedback, no credit is given when it is due. He appears to be gunning for the people who work hardest, even after I have pointed this out to him. How can I diplomatically talk though these issues with him? What on earth can I say? Thanks in advance. (Sorry for the long post)@ knowitall None of us are wanting to quit or get fired. We don't think the boss realises what he is doing and we just want to find a way to bring this problem to his attention, so that we can all be happy again. He wasn't always like this. moreResolved Question: Summer Jobs that would hire a 15 year old in Missouri?
I am looking for a job either now or in the summer. My area doesn't have any theme parks or close ball parks. Also, I don't know many children I could babysit(lots of girls around here babysit). And I don't know about self employment(basically because I am not an outdoor kind of girl and I would like a consistent job). I am tired of taking my parents money, and I know that jobs are limited right now because of the economy. I have A's and B's in school.I am not very good at swimming, and I have not taken any kind of CPR classes. Do office jobs hire 15 year olds for simple jobs? Or do any fast food places hire at 15? I will be 16 after summer is over. Do you know of any places that would consider a 15 year old for a summer job? moreOpen Question: Health Insurance VS Transman?
Hey everybody! I feel the need to hear other's opinions on what happened today to me at my brand new job. Yay employment after six months of searching! So, I work for a small, family run company that parallels my post-secondary education. They're nice people, and [I think] GLBT friendly. I was there four days on a trial before they said "heck, we want you full time" and today I was filling out the forms for the health benefits package. Now, they don't know [yet] I'm in a relationship with another man. And they don't know I'm trans... cause I pondered over the check boxes for a good ... two hours. Normally the boxes say SEX so I put an F cause hey, that's what my OHIP card says so it only makes sense to keep that consistent. But this form said GENDER. So while I knew they were asking my sex, but being dumb about it... I put male. Legally I am male, everything but my OHIP card says so. Here's where I wonder. When the company starts paying up for my testosterone in three months (probationary period hooray), and they see its for Jay B - F not Jay B - M... what's the likely response and will I have to come clean so to speak on my trans status? I'm not going to have an issue telling off a company I don't deal with, and I don't worry about what my co-workers will think (I doubt they will care) what I don't want is my coverage to be nulled because I "lied" or they don't do "transitional" medication even though I've been on it for over a year and am in theory... a post op male. So, am I worrying over nothing? Do you think I shot myself in the foot and rough waters are ahead? Has anyone had to deal with this sort of thing before (and would like to share)? This is my first time going on my very own insurance plan, so this is new territory for me. Much thanks for kind thoughts and thoughtful words. Flames and hate will be laughed at like the plot twists in Shutter Island (which Mouth and I saw tonight... it was okay.). moreResolved Question: pre employment background check?
So I went a week and a day ago to my job interview. Was there for an hour. and was happy at the end where they told me i had recieved the job. I was told I had to take a drug test and they had to do a background check. But how long should it take for a bakground check. I have gottem many different idea of how long it will take. And to be honest it is quite annoying. So can you help please.. Thanks moreVoting Question: do you think im too screwed up for a girl to like me?
im 20 and never had a gf. I dont have many friends or family really after getting kicked out by my step dad a while back. I experienced a period of homelessness and suicidal thoughts after my dream of joining the special forces ended before it even started after the medical team found a ticking time bomb inside me which reduces my life expectancy significantly add to that alot of failed job attempts due to being homeless. I was staying with a former close mate but got booted out by his folks after about a month lol my dark sense of humor and a sensitive family aint a good mix. I felt my close mate could have stuck up for me more so screw him and his family. Im now staying with another family where for the first time i feel loved and welcomed and that makes me a better person. They are a christian family so i told them that if i got kicked out than there god will punish them lol (jokes...jokes i go to church with them on sundays) I feel these experiences have made me a stronger person mentally and no matter how deep in the sh.its i am whether it be being neck deep in swamp water or caught in the beautiful wintry orrrrible storm haha or just some caveman at the pub making a pathetic attempt to insult me laughing helps me keep calm some ppl think its crazy but i just start laughing however i hate to say it but i probably can never trust another human being completly again till the day my sickness eventually takes it course due to being let down by ppl who i thought were close to me. My body will probably shut down round 40 so at least ill leave a fairly good looking corspe lol (theres no cure so yeah no use crying about it) ps im the first to admit im a bit of an a hole but i know deep down im a nice guy too im currently studying to get into childcare cos i have a soft spot for children and i gave my employment consultant some flowers that i stole from a nice old lady's garden with a white picket fence i snuck in a little cheeky peck on the lips too but i swear to god i was aiming for her other cheek she so lovely moreResolved Question: If Welfare recipient parents were at risk of losing their kids, would this solve the problem?
Maybe this is naiive, or wouldn't work, and feel free to say so (without yelling would be super). I'm not talking about people who are upon hard times. I'm talking about government assistance abusers looking for a free ride. I'm going to use a person I know as an example. He receives welfare, housing and food stamps for him and his three kids. No wife. He gets around $1k a month plus free housing. This is not temporary. He's not going to get a job. He never will. Why should he? BUT he loves his kids, can't be without them. What would be wrong with (other than it's damn harsh), when a person goes on welfare, there is (for example) a one year cap on it. You need to find employment. If you can't support your children in x-months, your children will need to be placed with a relative or family friend if one exists, who can support the child. Assuming one exists of course - there would be bugs to work out of the idea. In other words, if you can't provide for the family you made, you don't keep the privilege of keeping the family. Removals would be intended to be temporary. I anticipate some flack. "Not everyone has a relative that can do this". Many do. Still, nothing is going to solve the problem of government assistance abuse, as long as there are abusers there will be a problem. But what if it can be cut by a third? Wow! "Most people wouldn't step up to do this for free". I bet that's not true in a lot of cases. Aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc, although it'd be better to get assistance, if the alternative is foster care or siblings being separated, most of us could make it work. I'd try, wouldn't you? I think ultimately though, it wouldn't often come to that. The person I know for example, has no motivation to get a job. He's not going to do it. He doesn't have to. He is an example of an abuser. But he would get up and try harder than anyone I know if he knew his family could be separated or his kids scared or sad. "What about someone who can't work". Exclusions may have to be made for people with some mental disabilities or mental illnesses, or some physical handicaps. Not all, not most. Some. Two people in my building have severe cerebral palsy and one person is paralyzed from the waist down and works from a wheelchair. My brother has down syndrome and has a job. It is a real challenge for a disabled person to work. I'm not saying it's not. What I'm saying is I'm sick of hearing that anyone with a doctors note gets a paycheck courtesy of the taxpayer. Many disabled people are capable of work. Rules would also need to be tweaked as it applies to the economy, or a real attempt at finding employment with no success. This may also in many cases motivate a person with an addiction to address it. I also know a substance abuser who is basically functional. Not only does a lot of her money go to her addiction, but she will never hold a job as long as she is active. This is not a perfect plan. Nothing will solve the problem entirely. As long as people are unique, there are unique situations. It's a crude idea (by crude I mean there is so much fine tuning needed) but barring that, would it work? Maybe it's harsh, to the point of being cruel. Maybe I'm a bad person for saying so, but I really don't care. I'm not against Welfare, I'm 100% for it. It's very much necessary. But living on the taxpayers tab while thumbing your nose at it... I'm ready to push back.Point well made about the kids. The suggestion though that it's hard to determine who is upon hard times, that's part of what burns me up. Nobody ever opens a file and makes that determination. Someboody has to. There is no individual consideration. There must be. It's hard, and costly, but will ultimately eliminate candidates. As long as people know nobody's checking, more abusers line up for their check. If (in the case of a true abuser, who can work) a person would rather have a free ride and not be affected by removal of children, what kind of parent are they?♣●♣●♣●♣ Totally not what I said. moreTop Employment At Will Links
