Does anyone know if the Ontario Government is planning to sell the Ontario Lottery Corporation to private sectors? There is rumour on the news about Lotterys and Casinos going to private handlers? moreResolved Question: How is it possible to draw the same 5 numbers by computer just one week apart?
I refer to OLG conducted lottery 6 49in Canada. There were 5 numbers out of 6 exactly the same drawn " by computer" in two seperate drawings in one week. Please do not explain a theory of probability. It is just a scam and proof of tempering with computer program as OLG is so secrative Corporation embroiled in so many scandals of dishonest practice, well guarded by Ontario Government benefiting from proceeds in a lion proportion.The lottery commision has contolled where the money goes every draw for years now. Computers can easily calculate what combinations are available.
