Resolved Question: HELP! Trying to find the name of a popular latin sounding pop song!?

There's a song on the radio, en espanol, that I couldn't tell you what the lyrics are our what they mean, but the local radio station plays it a lot, and I love it. I am looking for the title of the song and artist so that I can purchase the cd. I know it's difficult without a clip of the song, but it has a very long portion where there is a saxophone, or other low brass instrument playing, and the female singer says something along the lines of ""whoop whoop! La ronca la ronca nonya la talka di ronya" <- i know that's not correct, it says nothing in spanish.. but I can't figure out what she's really saying cause it's an upbeat dance type of song, and difficult to understand, let alone type out. more
