Resolved Question: where can I find acrylic flexible mirror material?

I'm making an activity book for my child and am wanting to have a page with a mirror in it but want it to be that type of mirror that's sometimes in baby toys, it's just flexible unbreakable mirror finishes. I know it scratches easy but that doesn't bother me. I thought I'd find it on scrapbooking websites but can't seem to find it, or am maybe not calling it the right thing? Someone told me I could get an a4 sheet of it that I can cut to my own size. Any ideas? more

Resolved Question: I'm looking for a title to a scrapbooking page about my baby girl not crawling?

I'm making a page all about my little girl..she absolutly will not crawl and when I put her on her tummy she just lays there and plays with her head down...she wants to walk!!! so I wanted to do a cute page with pictures of her just laying around but I'm trying to come up with a cute titel for the page? any ideas?Yeah I kinda asumed she wasn't ready to crawl...since she wasn't crawling...?? I think it's cute..i don't care if she never crawls..if she's 8 and can't figure it out ill consider it a problem..i just thought it was somthing original about her. thanks! more

I'm making a scrapbook of my family. Its an on going thing. Many babies coming into the family and I want to capture the moments before they fly by. Any ideas? I have a page on funny faces on the kids, I have one of my dearest friend, One of my niece, the front page the has a bunch of family sayings and everything.. I have nephews and a niece if that helps, a sister and brother, any ideas on what kind of pages i can do? I'm running out of ideas. more

Resolved Question: Scrapbooking advice?

Hi - I am a five year scrapbooker in need of some advice. I did an EXTENSIVE scrapbook for my first child (had the time) - it's like 100 pages long, and I had to do double of each page because I didn't want her to leave the house someday and take all her baby pics with her! It took me about two years to finish. Then I had my second child...for all of you that had the second child, you know where I'm going with this...besides the fact that I don't have time now since I work at their school, I don't WANT to spend another two years doing baby pages. So, do any of you scrapbookers have any ideas on something unique and special I can do for the second child, that's not so time-consuming, but that she would be proud to show alongside her sister's books someday? more

Resolved Question: Cutter Tool?

I have been trying to get into the swing of scrapbooking, buying all kinds of supplies for years. Well, I am finally just starting to sit down and do stuff. I am trying to find out what kind of tool, or if there is a tool, that make it easy to cut shapes. For example. I was going a page for my friends new baby boy. I had these big letter and I spelled out "BOY" and I glued that to a page and wanted to just trace a mat around the word "boy" but it was not easy with simple sissors. Any ideas? I figure there has got to be something out there. Thanks :) more

I'm working on a scrapbook for my baby daughter, and I'm a newbie at this. What can you use for lettering, besides sticker letters? I don't think it would look nice to just write out my captions...and the sticker letters I have are too few to write out what I want--I'm currently working on a "family" page, with captions like "Grandma" and "Daddy"...ideas? more

Resolved Question: Pregnancy scrapbook... need advice??

Hello Everybody! I am 19 weeks pregnant, and I decided to start a pregnancy keepsake scrapbook for my baby. I do digital scrapbooking. I am going to include the positive pregnancy test with word art about the reactions of both me and my husband, ultrasound pictures, and belly shots of me throughout the pregnancy. Has anybody else ever done a scrapbook like this??? I am still in the beginner stage and would like to see what others have done to get some ideas. Do you all know of some pictures of other peoples pages they created regarding pregnancy and childbirth that I could look at??? Any other tips or advice is welcome. Thanks for your time!! more
