There is a new direct sales scrapbook company called My Creative Life. I am trying to find someone who has bought their products or went to a party or workshop with them. Just wanting some opinions on what you think of the selection, quality, prices etc.... If you went to a class/workshop, what did you do? Was it fun? more

Resolved Question: Are you a scrapbook consultant?

I am considering going back into direct sales to become a scrapbook consultant. I didn't do too well the first time but I don't think my heart was in it and didn't care for the company so much. It is now closed down too. I just wandered from some of the consultants out there that actually do this for a living if you make decent money. You hear all the mumbo jumbo of the motivational calls but I just want to know how you do. Like how many people do you have under you and how long did it take you to become successful. When do you hold your parties? Do you hold them at your house, the hostess's home or do you go to public places? I wanted some ideas on where to hold crops. There are 3 scrapbook stores within 5 to 10 miles of me that also have crops on the weekend. I'm sure that has to effect business. Have you experienced that? I know I sound negative but just trying to look at reality before I jump into it. Thanks so much! more
