Ok Im a scrapbook-er and i am overwhelmed! I have many, many, many, items such as embellishments, pretty scissors (the kind that cut wavy), stamps and ink, precision cutting knifes, not much paper (but that's about to change), many pix, ALOT of ribbon, adhesive dispensers, a personal trimmer, a corner rounder, AND MORE!!!!! Please help me what is an INEXPENSIVE way to organize all this? Im very much of a neat freak and I'm dumbfounded. Please do NOT say oh just throw it all in a plastic bin, I hate that idea. I scrapbook quite a bit, I have no room and not a ton of supplies but I have enough. I need some ways to make the pages more interesting. I usally draw on them or something but the risk of that is if I mess up I have to start over. is there any inexpensive ways to make the pages more interesting. I love to scrapbook... well, more like... love to buy scrapbooking supplies. I've decided to make a scrapbook of our wedding and new lives together. I'm just not sure where to start. I have page titles, but no clue what to put on the pages. Here's what I got so far: How we met. This page will be entitled "Computer Love" because we met in yahoo chat and my sister decided that just *had* to be our song. "Our First Date" He flew my mom and I out to meet him in person. "Our Second Date" My mom and I drove 28 hours (round trip) to spend the weekend with him. "Our Wedding" pictures from our Justice of the Peace ceremony. So I'm working on a scrapbook right now that is of a trip I took in highschool to Costa Rica. Resolved Question: I need DETAILED help with scrapbooking please! Beginner with all the supplies just no creativity!?

I have never made a scrapbook before but I really want to start. I am very much a perfectionist so I am having some trouble. :) I want to start with a trip to Las Vegas. My husband and I went on vacation there. We took lots of pictures (I think I have it narrowed down to the ones I will use) and I have tickets, and some other random things (like a napkin and receipt from the restaurant we had our anniversary dinner at). I have bought some plain paper and lots of paper that is Las Vegas and gambling themed. Lots of stickers and embellishments......just NO idea how to go from here! I absolutely LOVE scrapbooking, but the more I look for supplies, the more I see that they aren't all so cheap! :( My favorite things to use are the raised stickers, as well as all the interesting pattern cutouts you find in kits. I tried posting this in arts and crafts but had no look, maybe the pet people can help! My beloved 11 year old great dane passed away recently, and I am ready to start a memorial scrapbook of her. Okay so I am making a scrapbook for my boyfriend of 15 months to give to him for his birthday. I will be starting college this semester and will be Very busy, so I think it will be something nice for him to have if we have to cut bac on the time we are spending together. There is a ga station down the road from me where I will steal a french fry box and empty out a package of ketchup to use on one page (we met becuase I kept stealing his french fries at lunch...) It's my Mums birthday in a few weeks and for it I had the idea of getting lots of photos from when she was wee, getting married right through to family photos today. I am dying to try my hand at scrapbooking. I have endless mounds of supplies to get started with yet when I sit down ready to do it, I come up blank. I buy magazines with oodles of nifty how-to's and product ideas yet I can't seem to find actual tangible catalogs that come through the mail where I can find and even purchase products. I don't want to download catalogs on my computer; I want to be able to actual mark in the catalog, make notes, and "see" what I am ordering without fear of being booted off the internet at any given moment! Resolved Question: I have no kids- should I bother to scrapbook stuff?

I have a ton of scrapbooking supplies and pictures that are begging to have something done with them (I love taking pix). My intention was to scrapbook my photos with captions and thoughts. I was thinking about all of the stuff I have and wondered, "who will give a crap about this stuff when I'm dead and gone- I don't have any children or neices/nephews."
