I have two tattoos and I don't know if they are considered to be acceptable for enlistment. Ive wanted to get a spider web tattooed on my elbow for some time now, im 17, and im thinking about getting it done relatively soon. My best friend is almost 16. im almost 15. We've been friends since i was in third grade, so about 6 years. She has 17 peircings including her: Tongue, belly button, lip, and the rest are on her ears. And 2 tattoos. One is a small flag on her ankle, another is a huge spider web heart thing she got for on her back to symbolize "love". She just got the lip one, and everytime she gets a new peircing i get mad at her. She just cant see that she's a beautiful girl, and shes ruining herself. Its like watching a car crash and not being able to do anything. Her boyfriend supports it, and is paying for her peircings, and tattoos. It makes me sick. I know as her friend i should be happy with whatever she decides will make her happy but this is getting excessive. Shes talking about getting her eyebrow peirced next. Im not trying to be judgemental, but i dont know what to say. Why am i so mad at her, its her body? I only have 4 peircings. And those are two on each ear, nothing exotic, no tattoos. Should i say anything, im confused here as to what the right thing to do would be?Im not close-minded, believe me, i think im just protective. When she was younger she said she'd never get alot of tattoos and peircings because she thought they looked trashy, im just concerned.Noelle, thats my opinion exactly. Resolved Question: I am getting a spider web tattoo?

Ok, I have my reasons and my reasons are my own. No I am not racist, and no I have not done time. And please no dumb puns about what you think it means, cuz chances are it means something different to many different wearers. I am just wondering if anyone has ever gotten one on the elbow of any form of a tattoo around the elbow, and how much it may hurt. And trust me I have other tats so I ain't a stranger to the needle, and am sure I could handle it. Just wondering cuz I know it's right on bone there, lol. Ok so im going in tomorow for my tattoo I have waited months for it.. Which looks better the skull with a ringlet or a braid? Ok So Im going to get my first real tattoo.. It will be a large chest piece.. (not breast, chest) I hope you can make out the drawings.. Anyways she sent me a few variations and I really like them all.. Which do you like best.. Also this tattoo will be in color I just couldnt print out a pic in color.. Do you think this tattoo looks feminine? Also ..the only thing I didnt like was the braid.. she sent me one with a ringlet.. do you think that looks better? my last question is the outline will be about $150 to $200, Ive been saving up and cant afford a huge tip.. She is very pregnant and is actually due at the end of this month..So I was thinking I would give her like $10 or $20 and give her an outfit for the baby.. or a pair of chucks or something.. I have a to back a few times so I could give her a better tip next time.. I have a spiderweb and the spider is freakishly huge. Should I get the spider skin toned and a better one over that. Or should I just get it covered with something?but what? Getting the web bigger won't look right at all. HELP PLEASE more

Hey, I'm thinking about getting my first tattoo in the next few weeks and iv decided that i want a spider web on my right elbow and a Made in England tattoo. I have wanted the spider web tattoo for a long time now so im thinking ill go for that and i want the Made in England tattoo to be somewhere out of the way, possibly on the sole of my foot. The made in england tattoo will only be about 2cm x 1.5inches. Any suggestions? How much will these hurt? Im open to alternative ideas =) more

I enjoy what you might call "horror punk", I like bats and spider webs things like that. But I also enjoy being girlie and pretty. I like red lip stick and high heels. I guess you could say I like being a pin-up but more darker. You might say I could kinda be like Bettie Page, Vampira, or Elvira. Their all feminine but they still have that "dark" side to them. What might be some tattoo pieces you would create for me? I know most of you are going to tell me don't get tattoo's if you can't come up with the idea yourself.
