My series is about a group of people who have come together to protect the living. These people could be considered 'Death Gods' (Also Known as Shinigami in Popular Japanese culture) and live to stop the plans of an opposing group, which live on the destruction of others. Among both groups are ten people. They are made of not one, but two pure souls of people whom have passed on. As a result, they usually have two different eye colors, each eye representing one of the souls. In both groups, there is a theory that a soul is made of 11 parts- Love, Hate, Compassion, Wisdom, Loyalty, Strength, Insight, Warmpth, Coldness, Friendship, and Light, which is something that supplies the power to the death gods. Seeing as these people (Refered as 'A Twenty-Two' or 'Double Soul') have twice as much 'Light', they are considered Gods of the Gods. The 'Kakatana' (Good Side) Have nine of the rumored Ten. The 'Kurosai' (Bad side) Are rumored to have one. Among these ten are our three main characters. Tora Kasekabe- A tanned man with curly black hair and one blue eye and one green eye, he is the Double-Soul of A dominant soul and a less dominant one. He is leader of Squad one, which is composed of the best Death gods, plus Ei Hayai, whom is another 'Double-Soul'. He seems to have a slight connection to her, but is used to girls being in love with him, so he is unaware of her dislike of him. He is confident, even cocky at times. Ei Hayai- A girl with pale skin, brown hair, and brown eyes. Yes, she is a 'Double-Soul' (But she prefers to be called a '22') Both souls she is made of had brown eyes. Though it may not look like it, her left eye is darker than the right. She is 'Dissmissed' From Kakatana for apparently no reason. After a breif struggle, she leaves the mansion housing the group and joins the Kurosai, eventually meeting a new friend, Skull, there. She is playfull at times, though can often seem a little cold. Holder of 'Polar' souls (Meaning, she acts on one soul at one time and the other moments later) one is shy, the other is dominant. Skull: A man of no name except for the one he chose, he is a '22' of the Kurosai. He is sarcastic, smart, and fairly perverted. Though he can be serious and caring. When Ei (Whom he get in the habit of calling 'Emi', since he calls her his 'Smile') is crying in her Cell (Since the Kurosai had no trust in her at first) he was the first one to tell her that no, it WASN'T okay. He showed her that people often sugar-coat the truth, and they eventually develop a strong bond. He even admits that he loves her, and often tries to make a move on her, which she playfully rejects. He is the holder of two VERY dominant souls, which makes him unstable in battle. He has black hair with a few purple tips, one grey eye and one green one, and A long chain peircing connecting his earlobe ot his lip (As well as a tattoo of a dragon on his chest) Main Idea: When Ei/Emi leaves that Kakatana, most of them are heartbroken. They realize that they are slowly going to lose if they do not get her back. They try to attack the society of the Kurosai, but end up getting a shock- Kitsune, leader of the Kurosai, he both Ei/Emi and Skull (though they have no idea that he is a Double-Soul) with collars around their necks, and leashes. He acts like they are his pets. Ei is beyond pissed, while Skull just stis there. A while later (About a year) They finally come down to a final battle. Tora is keen to bring Ei back, but she has one condition- They have to house Skull, too. Though he would be of much aid to them, Tora is Jealous of Skull and Emi's relationship. I'm not going to go into much more detail, but here is some other inportant info: Each Double-Soul has a lock and Key somewhere on their body. It is their choice whether to give the key away- giving the key away means that you trust someone with your life. When possesing a key, you can use it to fully inleash both souls from the body, which can cause much destruction. Ei gives Skull her key (Hence why Tora is so jealous). In part one, he has a necklace with one key on it- in part two, two keys are on it and the key from Ei's '666' ring is gone. Keys cannot be taken, they must be given. Lena is the girl whom is in major love with Tora. She forges a Dissmissal letter to give to Ei, since she knows that Tora has affections for her. She is eventually caught and killed by Ei. Okay, sorry for making you read all that :P If you have a name (I was thinking 'Catch 22' would be, well... Catchy XD ) please let me know. Also, I would REALLY Like some feedback on the idea/characters. I want to know if I should publish it or not. Thank you for taking your time to do this. Hello. I'm 16, and today is my semi-formal! I really wanted to do something unique this year! I've been searching temporary tattoos using sharpies, and jeweled body art! I'm not sure if sharpies are that safe to use on skin, even though "non-toxic". I don't want i to look tacky or anything, of coarse! Then I was looking at jeweled bod art. I have all sorts of face jems to glitters, to colorful eyeliners, to star-shaped jewels from the art supply store. I will be dancing for about 4 hours! Voting Question: How much would you tip for a tattoo?

I got a tattoo by my boyfriends brother he is trying to get hired on at this place so he has to do so many "free" one's before he can really start and get paid for it. I had to pay $25 for studio time and supplies but the actual tattoo was free. How much should I tip him? I got three stars small medium and large. One is filled in the other is outlined and the third is outlined then white then filled in. It was in a spot he had never done before and also he has never done stars before. It gave him a bit of trouble but I think it helped too for the experience. It is my first tattoo. So I want to give him some sort of tip how much do you think? Voting Question: I need some idea's for my art coursework - based on tattoos?

Hey :) Basically, in class we're studying body adornment. And my specific subject was tattoos, and for this task, we have to build a sculpture over the christmas holidays. But, I'm struggling for ideas. At first I was going to make a large tattoo gun out of boxes, cover it in paper & wall paper paste, then smooth it down with sandpaper, then paint it, and once that had dried, draw tattoo's onto it, then paint them in. Then my friend suggested either buying a plastic skull or making one, and drawing tattoo's onto that, to make it like a sugar skull. She also suggested getting a skull, and weaving a snake through its eyes and mouth, but I thought it sounded a bit tacky. Then another friend suggested I building a koi fish out of boxes, paper & wall pasting it, and then painting it orange or whatever colour I want to, and then leave about 10 cm at one end and paint it a skin colour, and on that end, paint somebody holding a tattoo gun, so it looks as if it's being tattooed on. Basically, I can't think of any ideas. I wanted to build a large rose, and on the leaves, just paint tattoo's onto them, but i don't know. Any ideas on what I could build/make? I'm trying not to spend alot of money on this, I have a £50 maximum to spend on supplies given by the school, but if I really really have to, I'll use my own money to get extras. Thanks! Resolved Question: Star Trek Medical and Communication Questions?

Hello! I'm working on a Star Trek story that I developed watching the last movie, most of it takes place in the medical bay, however, I'm not entirely sure what everything is called in terms of medical supplies and communication technology. For instance, in the new movie, when they would do the ship wide communications on that computer monitor looking screen that could be paused, replayed, etcetera, what is that thing called? What can you do on them? Do Enterprise crew members have screens like those in their personal quarters, video phones? None of the episodes I catch on tv really answer my questions. Are all beds in the sick bay out in the open? Are there private areas of medical bay? Are their devices to assist the doctors if they're working under attack? Most times when you watch the show, people get thrown around quite easily when the ship takes hits, what happens in medical bay? If you're being operated on, are you just out of luck or is there a gravity that will kick in? Memory Alpha and Beta have a lot of info but few pictures when it comes to this kind of stuff. Any chance of sites that have scenes with labels on them? Like those guide books that come out with movies now that line up the characters are point out various items of interest? PotC had one that said about the bead on Jack's forehead was his piece of eight, and the tattoo was a brand of east india, those kind of guide books? Help please??? more

Resolved Question: Is it bad to be in the GLBT community but be against gay men giving blood?

My reasoning for this? See..I'm a medical laboratory scientist (the people who work in the hospital lab analyzing all your specimens to give you your results). So part of that includes working in blood banks. Now, I'm a transman, and pansexual, but I agree with the ban on gay men giving blood. I understand *everyone* is the "exception". Every gay man that I talk to about this tells me he's in a long term, monogamous relationship and they're both HIV negative. However, if that were true then why are gay men one of the highest risk groups for HIV? I UNDERSTAND other groups get HIV too, but it's still the most prevalent among gay men. Also, MY concern is not just about HIV. Gay men are also at increased risk of spreading hepatitis, campylobacter bacteria, E.coli, and other things associated with anal sex as well. Most enteric bacterial infections are spread through fecal/oral routes. And yes, we do test for these things in the lab. However..there is NO lab test that is 100% accurate and specific. And when it comes to blood, we have 0 room for error, because if we make a mistake we could kill someone. We have all kinds of federal agencies breathing down our necks including the FDA, who was the one who put the ban on gay men giving blood in the first place. I get kind of tired of gay men saying it's discrimination. It's really not. It's a public health issue. If it were discrimination, we'd deny gay men from receiving blood as well. But we don't. Instead, we make sure that blood we give to that gay man meets the stringent requirements needed to make sure that blood is safe to transfuse. So why would we deny a blood donor from donating who say...traveled to another country, got a piercing, a tattoo recently, received certain immunizations in a certain time frame, etc who have a lower risk of contaminating the blood supply, but allow a group that statistics have shown have a higher risk of contaminating the blood supply? That just doesn't make sense to me.Oh and john w...the reason african-american women are at increased risk? Because of gay/bi black men on the "down low".john...actually, yes. My lady and I just got back from Roatan,Honduras...The living conditions there are very bad for most. We adopted a family in need. The mother is in a wheel chair. there 7 small chirldern living in a home no larger than a standard 1 car garage...They have dirt floors, no door,no windows and when it rains they all huddle on one bed to stay dry...The only one in that family ols enough to work works15hrs a day 7 days a week for about $40 US...They couldnt afford electricity so we paid 2 mounths electric for them and gave them $100 US and every week I Western Union the family as much as I can afford which isn't much...WE want to go back there and help more people but are having a hard time finding support...Although My local news paper has asked for an interview...i plan on asking for support in the news paper but I live in a very small town...The local churches don't seem to want to help maybe due to my appearance. The Churches mostly want me to join...i don't want to waste any more time...these people need help bad...Homeless here is paradise compaired to there...I still help homeless people in the US as much as I can but Honduras needs help bad asap...I'm 35yrs old and have alot of tattoos...ALOT...so people don't seem to take me to serious....I'm willing for any kind of help and think I may have an airline donating airfair for 4 people so I'm also willing to take anyone who has a passport and is willing to help as well...I want to get donated suppiles there and basically go door to door in the poverty areas and hand out clothes, food, medicins an money to those families that most need it..Please help if you can... I am getting into tattooing. I am being taught everything by somebody else who has been tattooing for a couple years. I cannot afford an apprenticeship right now but I still would like to do tattoos. I am extremely sanitary when doing any tattoo and do not intend to do this in an unprofessional manner. I have heard getting a blood borne pathogen license is all that was necessary. Is this true?
